RACV Healesville Country Club

I enjoyed staying at the RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort with Kellie for 2 nights from Friday 28th April 2023 to Sunday 30th April 2023 I really enjoyed the Spa/Sauna. The dinner was disgusting because I ordered a Spaghetti Carbonara from the Riddell's Green on Saturday night but they gave me Gnocchi Carbonara instead so when I told the manager he was extremely rude and abusive to me because he refused to refund me. The breakfast was delicious. Also I liked playing Boules and Pool.

Stayed for 2 nights. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. Close to most wineries, food was great! Ridelle’s green restaurant Angus burger was fantastic (and I eat a lot of burgers). Golf was fun (not many par 5 holes) but steam sauna in the spa could use a little renovation (if I am being super picky). Would come back and highly recommend the stay here

You can have a really relaxing dinner here. Great service, plenty of room. Noise levels nice and low

Lovely smart and well dressed rooms. Brilliant views and kangaroos on the grounds. The hotel staff are great at what they do. I recommend it. Great for kids too.

Situated on the hills and surrounded by beautifully landscaped golf course full of wildlife. The food at the restaurant was superb and well presented.

Brilliant place to stay or dine or play golf.or use the gym or pool or so much more! Lovely staff, lovely premises, great views.

The male restaurant waiter-manager not sure of his role, wasn't pleasant to deal with, more rude that anything else. He seemed to be put out or inconvenienced to do his job but the morning breakfast staff were great.

Stunning venue! I ran a conference here and also stayed a bit longer and the whole stay was fantastic. The team are so helpful and friendly and the venue and food was great. Highly recommend!

Jordan served us at the Banyalla restaurant, he was absolutely exceptional! Super accomodating for my partner and I who are both vegan, and very hospitable. They were able to change the menu to give us a wonderful rice noodle dish, and were very proactive to check ingredients.

Excellent facility - wonderful staff - meals were very good. Definitely visit the club again. A very enjoyable experience.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms are quiet and luxurious. Staff are great, facilities are amazing. You just might need a second mortgage to stay a weekend.

AWESOME place - and even nicer now it's morphed into a 'resort' which is RACV code for everyone can go! Highly recommended.

Great facility in a picturesque location in beautiful Healesville. Golf, tennis, lawn bowls, beautiful nature walks and plenty of friendly kangaroos.

Had a birthday lunch here with the fam. Nice service, good food and the staff are friendly. Facilities are very good even have a baby changing room which was very helpful for our little one.

Amazing place to visit for a great night or 2 away, Staff are great, very accommodating and food amazing. Grounds are well kept, and I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and l just spent two nights at the resort and loved it. I have stayed here previously for conferences and always enjoyed the venue. The Banyalla restaurant menu was excellent and we ate in both nights because the meals were so good. However the variety could be better.
The rooms very clean, modern and spacious enough. The library, pool etc were excellent. My only criticism would be that the RACV club members were treated to other areas within the complex with some exclusivity.
Not sure why. But still loved our two days we spent there.

Need to refurbish the place. The restaurant was understaffed and poorly managed. Waited for 20 mins for an omelette because they didn't have the table numbers. Tables could have been given a fixed number. Poor service from One Spa. They didn't return my call for 4 days nor did they reply to my email. Disappointed. My previous visit 3 months ago was a better one.
