RACV Cobram Resort reviews
64 It's been 10 years of bliss at this park. But this year's visit is quite different!
Shame Shame Shame on the park manager Steve. Must be a new guy, or an old guy with a new agenda.
I guess the details are not important, however the condescending and bad delivery of park rules, definitely requires improvement.
This park used to be thriving with tenants, and you could not even get a space at the pool. I must say, this is just not the case this year. At a park that has windled away over the years, it amazes me that they treat their paying tenants with such contempt.
I wonder.does RACV offer its staff coaching at all? Or does the RACV only employ unbadged police officers with an inferior complex.
Really nice place for a family getaway Very clean resort and plenty of great facilities for everyone to enjoy.
Having stay for many years at Cobram in the apartments have changed to wheelchair accessible cabin. This cabin is great plenty of room to move around. The staff at Cobram have always been very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool and gym are also great hopefully will get back there again thank you to all.
Excellent cabin. Aircon, hot shower, and good kitchen. Comfortable beds.
The pool was good. Everything is clean and sparkling.
Secure site and great for kids and families.
Excellent park one of the best we have ever stayed in. Great price, location and cleanest I have seen yet. Well recommend highly and will be back. We booked for 2days then stayed 3.5 stars.
We have had a very relaxing four days and really enjoyed the atmosphere and accommodation. We intend returning
Amenities are excellent and the staff very pleasant

Great caravan park. Sites are well spaced for privacy to create a feeling of space. Very today and well serviced.
This resort really is just amazing the pools are actually not too clean kids love riding around and going on the jumping pillow. The cabins are very nice and clean. I’m currently on my way to this resort for a second time+ more stuff
We have been coming to Cobram RACV often. The facilities are great and the sites are very spacious. Unfortunately the maintenance of the park is unsatisfactory. The outdoor pool had scum around the water edge and there was dirt or sand in the corners. The indoor pool was also very dirty around the edges and the sliding doors were covered in bird droppings. In the ladies toilet a seat was missing and in the mens the toilet flush button was missing. It’s such a lovely park but lacking maintenance to keep everything up to scratch.
First year here, amazing facilities and shop/reception. Affordable prices and we got it a little bit cheaper as we are with RACV!
Great set up, everything so spaced out and organised. We had a powered site, very roomy and a designated space for your car. Short walk to the toilets and showers, plenty of hot water. And a laundry building close by. Loved that we were so close to nature and it was peaceful. Definitely coming back!
I loved the friendly staff.
Hi Kayla.
It's good to go somewhere and get great service, a decent cuppa.
I'll be bringing and recommending RACV pool cafe to everyone I know.
Well laid out park with good facilities. Very family oriented. Pools were great although needed some maintenance. No wifi was disappointing. The cabin was very nice, enough room for five of us. Kids happy hour was popular with the little ones.
We have been racv club member more than 15 years and were shocked about the horrible experience we had at Racv Cobram. Booked for a 5 nights stay but had to check out after day 3.
Had problems since day one, the bathroom door kept falling off the rail and didn’t get fixed until day 3. Also there is a sign in room says” keep dishes clean or there is $100 charge” however there isn't even a dish rack to dry the dishes. Further, the washing basin was really small and water splashes everywhere.
On the 3 rd night, our room was swamped by bugs (see photos attached, the amount of bugs can only seen in horror movies) when called reception was told to use “raid” spray, and nothing else they can do. With young kids in the room, we didn’t want to use the toxic chemical spray also it was 38 degree, we can’t open windows to circulate the air. However, it was unlivable with that amount of bugs in every room. Eventually ard 12.30am, we did change to a different room but our two girls had to sleep on the same bed which doesn’t work for us.
Had sleepless night and went to talk the manger Steven the next morning, his arrogance is beyond imagination. Was told” those things happen and we can’t control bugs, you can check out if not happy“ was stunned couldn’t believe the customer service provided, never going back there again.
Suggest everyone else stay away. The facilities look good but the accommodation is unbearable. Our friends were with us also had ants in their room. Don’t let the look fool you everyone.
Ps we stayed in room 186 and already made official complaint to racv club.
Stayed in room 198. Needed staff assistance at multiple occasions and at most times arrogantly answers to our questions. Required change of towels were advised you get one per person for the 7 day stay. If you want clean towels go wash them. I’m stunned at racv employees being this arrogant.
Rude staff. Place is beautiful, amenities are amazing. But if you don’t get good customer service the place is a no for me & my family.
One of the nicest, clean, well kept caravan parks I have stayed at. Very spacious sites for caravan and vehicle, great play grounds and swimming pools, indoor and out.
Just on a day trip, but was very impressed, staff were accommodating, friendly and easy to engage, although we were there for a day the facilities looked impressive and would certainly visit for a longer stay
Lovely staff in Reception / Cafe / Resort staff.
Excellent amenities, pool / gym /games room /camp kitchens & several bbq's, also a lake.
Resort very clean & well kept.
Cafe serves meals, big breakfast etc, also excellent coffee.
Returning in a couple months for another week in a deluxe park cabin. ️
Have been here before and loved it. Staff always make you feel welcome.
Cabins spotlessly clean.
Will be back again
Great park, huge van sites and great facilities.
However, one word of advise. Lock up everything. Despite security and cameras, we had a couple of high-end bike helmets stolen on our last night. I'll wear it as an expensive lesson for us, but it means they have 'types' loitering around that know how to get in and out unseen!
