5A bit of a wait with limited staff, but then service and staff was excellent.
My friend needed an international driver's licence. The lady who served us made it very easy and she did it quickly
It was very unprofessional with worker's yelling out to eat other from across the room and forgetting passwords to get into programs that i need to access. I eventually got what I wanted but all-round a weird experience.
I went in to sort out home emergency for my house bad asked if my other policies were still valid and in date I was told they were then I got a letter three days later saying my house insurance had expired.
Excellent service when I got into trouble when my key broke and car would not start. With three ladies in my car after a night Choir practice - non who had our membership numbers with us our Choir leader did and phoned on my behalf - she spoke to a lovely gentleman and told him the story and then past the phone to me = RACV arrived very shortly after and in about 10 minutes the problem was solved - thank you for your very quick response and we all got home safely. Thank you RACV.
