12I visited the store at about 4: 35pm to get an IDP.store closure time was 5: 00pm. I was bit sceptical about the timing, however the customer service officer, Ranny was supper helpful, I even had to rushed back to my car to bring my purse, she was very professional and helpful.
I recently visited the RACV store in Doncaster and had the opportunity to interact with the mid-age Asian lady who handles my documents. There's no doubt that she is exceptionally efficient and knowledgeable in her role. She can process documents with speed and precision.
However, it's worth noting that her approach may come across as a bit impatient, especially if you're not already familiar with the process or have questions. While I understand that her expertise is unquestionable, a more patient and understanding attitude could make the experience even better for all customers.
It would be greatly appreciated if there were more clarity and a willingness to explain the process to those who may not be as familiar with it. This would make the overall experience more welcoming and helpful, ensuring that everyone can benefit from her expertise.

They charged me $450 to check on a car that I was going to purchase. They assured me everything was fine and checked over.
Luvkily I chose to take it on one more test drive and let a family friend who knows alot about cars also drive it.
And what we found was the 4 wheel drive system was faulty and a few other things. How the hell does a trained worker miss this? When we saw it easily.
When I complained i was told to talk to a different person over and over again, they must have throught id just give up but after trying for weeks they basically just told me to get stuffed and that I wont get any money back.
$450 gone for absolutely nothing

I have been with RACV for more than 10 years and a big advocate of their services, but this store closed before closing time as I rushed here after work.
Came to the store to get my International Drivers Permit sorted. Was in and out within 15 mins. Super friendly staff and really easy process. Just a shame so few stores are open on a weekend.
Went to RACV Doncaster couple of days ago! An Asian lady in short hair, named Stella, is really professional. She patiently explained everything to me until I understood. Very good customer service! Thank you!
I have always been treated well at RACV Doncaster. But this time when I visited, there was an Asian lady with Short hair. She got a really bad attitude. Very bad customer service. I will definitely not recommend her to anyone. RACV is loosing customers because of employees like this.
This is the first time I give such negative reviews to stores. It was really a bad experience at RACV Doncaster branch. I have purchased insurances from racv for many years but I am really disappointed at the service quality I received this time. This week I went to renew my insurance and was surprised at the awful customer service I received. A staff named Margaret frowned at me since the second I step into the store and was very impatient during the whole visit. I tried to ask some questions because the situation was a bit changed and I thought it may have influence on my insurance policy. But she did not give me any chance and made me feel that she just wanted me to pay for it asap and leave. Before I left I asked for her name coz I wanted to make a complaint and I thought she also realized that. Then she changed her attitude completely and started smiling at me which made me more convinced that she was deliberately treating me with her along face. I think no customer should be treated like this and no staff should have two faces in front of customers.
I went to the Doncaster RACV to purchase a copy of the Victorian Road Rules for new drivers. There is no longer a counter to go to. There were 3 assistants sitting at desks dealing with customers. These were obviously lengthy consultations concerning insurance etc.there were a dozen people sitting waiting. This lack of availability for a quick retail transaction is unbelievable. I left without the publication.
