RACV

Racv is the rudest most unhelpful organisation i have ever dealt with.
Customers are obviously not there priority.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the customer service, the way that RACV treats widows is deplorable, what should be quick and easy has been turned into a week long saga due to inaccurate and conflicting advice. Also the woman who eventually served us after over an hour of waiting was extremely rude from the beginning, making a newly widowed woman cry is definitely not on. I will never use RACV for any insurances in the future.

If you want to deal with customer service staff who have no ethics or understanding of the products they sell this is the place for you.

Stay away from Knox RACV unless you want to make what should be a simple claim process an extremely stressfull and difficuilt process. The lady I dealt with today did not want to serve me once she realised I was there to make a claim rather than purchase a policy.

A very disappointing experience at the Knox store today.

Me and my partner were ‘served’ by a lady who was very passive aggressive. When we were asking her simple questions related to the their travel insurance policy she was abrupt and it was very clear that she just wanted to finalise the purchase.

When we advised her that we needed more time to think about it; she aggressively dropped the EFTPOS machine that was ready to go in her hand.

At this point we left the store and have no intentions on returning or having any future dealings

Needed Travel insurance and tried most Insurers. The best I could find was RACV as their policy gave better cover on most things compared to other companies. Went to their Office at Knox City and was given excellent service with a full explanation to clarify any areas of our concern. I have also been told that their Home contents Insurance is very good with reasonable price compared to others. If you need any Insurance give them a try for a quote as I believe you will be surprised how competitive they are.

Always great to deal with and help me with their total care package, couldnt be happier. Total care has helped me numerous times.

The RACV Emergency Home Assist product is a total waste of money, based on my recent experience. Poor tradesmen, no follow up on poor service, total lack of response from their 'Member Relations' team to feedback. The RACV is going backwards fast as a service organisation. Save your money and your time, contact a tradesmen yourself. You only have to pay then if you are satisfied. You can't rely on help from RACV if things go wrong, in my experience.

Went for IDP (international driver permit) and came out from shop within 10 minutes! Excellent service and very helpful staff. Good work
