Visiting from another country & decided to pop into Rack-em-up for a game. Loved it. Staff are super! My first visit, Jacob went out his way to make me feel comfortable. Then another time, got to meet Alex the owner. Had such a great chat. He cares about his customers; wants them feeling happy, safe & having fun. Every time I pop in, there's always someone willing to sport a game & chat. Prices good. Oh & great coffee. Flat white with Hazelnut syrup my fav.

Friendly staff and great facilities. I was very pleased to feel welcomed along with other Autistic adults in our group, as I started to learn the game and strategy.
