Staff are very nice and respectful. The vet was supper easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Will continue to use from now on.

Hanna was lovely and put my cat at ease when she's normally anxious around new people. She gave me great advice on putting the cat on diet and genuinely cared for my cat.

I have tried a lot of things since being fully wheelchair bound and bringing up an 8 week old puppy took the cake.
But it was totally worth it too have my best friend going through a lot ups and downs too.
Dr Sarah and Dr David have been extremely helpful during some rough patches I've had with Mr Gus. At one point he was coming in every day.
What you wouldn't do for little family member.
Sorted me out every time and on operation day he was held back which was fine and the lovely Natasha brought him home for me because I didn't have any carers for rest of the day. Brilliant service might go back.
He went over crazy after his operation and I had to call lovely Leonie for help and I got it from the Vet Nurse. So back we went in to the clinic and Dr David checked out crazy doggy and I got medication to give to him to calm his farm. A let him sleep most of the day away peacefully.
Everyone at the clinic is totally lovely Brie cause I remember your name and Sandy same reason. It's because I haven't met you properly so come up and say hello and then we can I remember your name correctly.
Thanks heaps for all you have done for Gus Gus and me. I has been greatly appreciated.

Great veterinary clinic, with extremely friendly staff. My dog was very happy with the vet. Prices are great and the vet was very thorough with my dogs examination and explained things very well.

Unfortunately I had to have my little dog put to sleep a few weeks ago but the process was made a little easier with the caring staff at the Racecourse Road Veterinary Clinic. They showed such empathy and understanding. I plan to find a new dog soon and i will continue to travel a little further when I need veterinary attention for my dog. My local vets do not come close to the sympathetic attention that I received. Thank you for all your help.

Great vets they help with your pets and also do on your behalf pets insurance if you got pet insurance only and they take great care of you and your pets.

What a big disappointment, new management is so poor.
Prices are jacked up but quality is lowered. Charging for unnecessary care is not on. Racecourse road vet clinic was, such a nice friendly caring place for our pets but unfortunately, new management does not care any more about pets and their owners.

My cat had an infection on his ear due to an injury, and right away the vet we saw was very gentle in handling the wound and my pet. I've never seen my cat be so calm at the vet before, as well as when we got back since he usually would hide away. They were quite affordable as well. Another plus was how detailed the consult was, how the vet took the time to understand my pets lifestyle and needs.

The Vet Doctors and Nurses are wonderful and supportive. They manage to be completely professional while also maintaining a friendly and comfortable environment. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I have been going to racecourse rd vet for a while now and they are all so lovely and caring.
We see Dr David and he is so great with my boy.
My boy is my baby and my whole world and I am very cautious in choosing the best vet for him.
I have complete trust and know he is in the absolute best hands at this vet.
My boy is normally very shy but he is so comfortable when coming here.

A very friendly and accommodating veterinary clinic. My dog love going there! They are open till late which makes it easier for us to be able to take them after work etc, price was reasonable

This is the BEST Veterinary clinic ever! Everyone from the lovely reception staff to the Vets are so kind and empathetic. I have taken my Sammy a few times after he has been involved in fights with other cats, and they always manage to squeeze me in last minute.

I have seen all the Vets so far, and they are so generous with their time, kind to Sammy, and genuinely wonderful people.

Dr. Sarah Shannon who I saw tonight was just lovely, and was really thorough, and clearly explained to me what she was doing, and how I need to administer the medication she gave me.

I have taken all my pets here, and will continue to do so! ️

The most caring staff I've ever met. They all love my Mr Max and are instrumental in keeping him ticking along (he's 17 and still going strong). Best vet clinic in Pakenham by far.

Love the friendly team here. Love that they do zip pay. Took care of my old girl before she passed and when she did pass they sent out a sympathy card. Now take new puppy here and still Love this vet. I truely feel like they care not just about your pets but about you as a owner.

Had such a great experience here - they fit me and my dog in at the last minute, we're really good with her even though she hates going, gave me good advice and some medication and very good value. Highly recommended- new local vet for us!

I lost 2 beloved animals in 18 months, but I received the best advice, and my babies the greatest care.

My gorgeous cat, Vala, had been unwell, but no-one realised exactly HOW unwell.
I received a phone call just after she was due to get her ultrasound to discuss a change of plan; and another call ½ an hour later, urging me to come in as soon as possible to make that awful decision.

Four weeks later, my boy developed a UTI (he has a history,) and they made time for him in within 15 minutes! He was incredibly fortunate that it was a stress based event rather than a flare-up of the more dangerous alternative. But they treated it with the appropriate urgancy.

Not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive.

Highly recommend.

Racecourse vets are the best vets I have ever taken my fur baby to. They are so nice there and they love the animal's like we do. They take there time and don't rush you out like some vets do. They are all so nice from the vets to the girls at the front. I wouldn't take my dog any where else, I have alot of trust in Racecourse vets.
