Super nice staff and great dumplings. A regular choice for work functions. A good rule of thumb is to order N+1 plates of dumplings, where N is the number of attendees wishing to partake in dumplings. Add pancakes at will. Keep in mind that steamed dumplings cool more quickly than fried, so munch on steamed first.

We visit RaRamen regularly for lunches with our 1 year old baby. The staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. Not only us but our baby as well enjoys the food here

Good food. However, the chillie levels were epic, inspite of requesting it to be at normal heat levels.took away the joy of the meal. Sadly, there are no pictures. I may still go back there again later, they do have a good menu.

A favourite of ours at Box Hill Centro for the last 5 years. Fried Rice, Fried Pork Dumplings and Sechuan Style Fried Chicken Ribs are our go to dishes. Can't fault anything. Service is also great with a couple of wait staff who are always smiling, even when it gets quite busy.

Nice and clean eating place. Provide hot and cold water, hot tea, warm sweet soup. Reasonable price.

I went to this store again. I thought the thin noodles were delicious, and my evaluation was also good, but I couldn’t go there again. Maybe it's because everyone has different tastes, but it's a bit sad to lose the thin noodles

Was back again. Had rice noodle soup with pork chop. Steamed fish with black bean sauce. And the salt and pepper fried chicken drumlets. Still yum. You still get free drinks and dessert.
Staff was very friendly and approachable too

Located in box hill central it is a great choice for some Ramen. Not as cheap as other eateries but the ramen is excellent.

Wonderful dumplings and Shanghai noodles.

Double cooked chilli pork on rice is devine! And it's good on noodles as well. The kids love the free slushie with the meal. Service is quick and the staff are friendly.

Dumplings are good, but the fried pork buns are ordinary.

Free red bean soup is great, but sometimes runs out.

The 口水鸡 which my mum had ordered for takeaway came topped with a extra layer of chilli paste from the chilli oil, nevermind the missing spring onions and peanut garnish typical of this dish.

Very good value for money, and the food is delicious too! Waiting time was not long, but we were told that people who ordered fried food had to wait much longer.

Pay and order at the counter and the staff were both lovely and friendly. They can speak Mandarin and Cantonese too.

Give them a try when you are in Boxhill Central. I would say it’s much more comfortable sitting in this restaurant than in the food court area.

Over 25 years I have been coming here and celebrating the delicious culture and food Ra Ramen has to offer. Wait staff Kiki and Wendy are such lovely girls, very knowledgeable and helpful when making any food selections. I have the highest regards for this restaurant and recommend to all for a great feed. Thank you for your service and that's to the chefs cooking the wonderful food.
