Very disappointed to give a low rating for this business from our last and final exchange. We had a automatic gate installed no problem, we were extremely happy with the result. Worked with no issues for a few years until the sensor became faulty. We contacted Raymond again to have that fixed and he sent someone over. We paid for the sensor replacement and asked for a receipt. He said to us that he’ll have it sent via email. We never received the receipt.
A few months later, our sensor becomes faulty again so naturally we call Raymond again. His staff fixed it and said that they’d usually charge a fee… we rebutted that the new sensor was only a few months old and under warranty. We called Raymond directly to ask for the sensor replacement receipt done from the few months ago and he basically called us a liar and that never happened. Said that his staff hasn’t come around our area for over a year and refused to find our original receipt. Completely unprofessional and unorganised. We won’t be seeking this business out from now on for any future issues.

Raymond and his team turned up on time and installed two gates in a very professional manner. Quality of work is fantastic and end product looks awesome. Thanks Raymond and team.

Great service and efficiency. Took time to explain the different options and provided helpful suggestions. Got the quote on the spot and had the fence and gate completed in 3 weeks.

I phoned them to discuss details, then emailed a request for quote complete with photos, measurements, and details.
After hearing nothing for a week, I chased up to then be told 'Sorry we don't do that type fencing' - even though it was something very similar to images they had on their website.

Prompt and fuss-free service. I simply send a message with a picture of the problem, they come and fix it, and invoice me the same day. Absolutely wonderful service, I'd give 6 starts if I could! Thank you, guys!

Very prompt on organising a quote and very prompt on making and installing my new gates. I am very happy with my new gates.
