QV Alterations and Dry Cleaning

I entrusted my white printed shirt, adorned with lipstick stains, to a dry-cleaning service along with a few other soiled garments meant for dry cleaning. Although I was occupied upon receiving my clothes, I only inspected them the following day. To my disappointment, the lipstick stains on my shirt remained untouched. It appears that the service merely pressed the shirt instead of properly cleaning it. Given the $69.00 charge, I am skeptical about their services, and based on my personal experience, I have rated them poorly for their subpar service.

The lady who runs the shop is so kind and friendly, and she always remembers me and my preferences. She makes me feel valued and welcome every time I come in. This is a rare gem of a business that cares about its customers and delivers on its promises. I highly recommend QV Alterations and Dry Cleaning to anyone who needs a reliable and professional dry cleaner.

If you are after rudeness and extremely poor customer service, then this place is great! The lady that works/owns this place needs a lesson on customer etiquette. I definitely won’t be using their services again.

AMAZING! This wonderful lady really is a sewing genius, been doing my alterations for years and she even tackles difficult jobs such as turning a poncho into a jacket, no easy feat! Also better quality and pricing that the other Northlands tailor.

It doesn’t exist or really difficult to find. I was able to locate two others which are close to exits. But it is shown close to reject shop but was not able to locate. Information Center also could not help.

This place is amazing. They have one business day turnaround and pretty reasonable price! I'm becoming a regular now!

I have been getting all my alterations done by QV. They are always fast, very well and fairly priced and reliable. Can only recommend.

Been knowing and receiveing sevice there few times, can't be more happier, highly recommend it.

Went for a simple hem and had to return to have it redone because it had been done so badly. The owner was rude and unprofessional, despite admitting fault for the bad job done, still tried to say I was to blame for being “fussy”. Avoid this place - there is another alterations shop around the corner that just be better.

Have been a couple of times and enjoyed friendly, prompt and professional service. Competitive pricing also a bonus.

Used this service many times now and always good quality. Not as cheap as they use to be, but to be fair they use to be very cheap, so now are on par with others.

Went to get some items hemmed, so expensive for the small work that's done. I just needed a few things taken in and it cost more than what I paid to purchase the items themselves. $80 all up for 4 items.anything not clarified beforehand will also incur an 'extra fee' so make sure you're very thorough with your explaining. Quality is not that great either.crooked stitching, lines weren't matched etc.could have done a better job myself to be honest. I paid the money reluctantly though because I don't like conflict, not very happy overall however. The lady was nice, when she had her way.certain suggestions I had were also denied a few times. I did go late to collect and try on the clothes but I was willing to come in again if I had to considering the situation. I prefer to get exactly what I pay for.but this was not the case, almost felt hurried out towards the end, customer service is not of much value. Ok service but not great, especially for the price charged.will not be going back unfortunately.
