Ordered 2 sets of curtains from these guys. Delivered to a different state unbelievably quickly! Unfortunately the curtains weren't the right size and they didn't have the correct size/color I was after. Alexia was extremely helpful and attentive, and refunded me immediately. I highly recommend Quickfit Blinds, I ordered a $5,000 worth of curtains and a small portion ($1,200) I ordered incorrectly online (my mistake) after raising the issue with Alexia she was very understanding and in good faith she replaced my blinds and no extra cost, the quality was above my expectation!

I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Nicole. I asked about the different types of materials and was offered to receive free samples, but Nicole was so helpful and explained the different types of materials right there and then. I wanted to order a particular curtain and ensure it was in stock, so Nicole advised to call the next day when they would be in the warehouse to ensure curtains I wanted were in stock (I had called later towards the evening). Even if they were not, I was told they could see if material was in stock and they could custom make them.
I called next day and spoke with Alexia, who was also very helpful!
Curtains were in stock! I could not see what was in stock on my own computer as my internet has been playing up (a Melbourne issue over the last week).
I ordered curtains on Thursday afternoon and received them at lunch the very next day!
Curtains are excellent! I needed custom 150cm drop and they are so hard to find (not hard with Quickfit!).
Both Nicole and Alexia was so helpful, professional and just all out really nice ladies! Definitely took the time to answer my questions.
Curtains are also perfect! I got the Bond Eyelet Blockout 150cm drop in latte colour and I love them.

I asked sample for different type of curtain and finally I ordered few eyelet curtains for my dining room. The product arrived 2 days after I ordered. We really satisfy with the product and service.

After seeking quotes in-store, I decided to look online and Quickfit Blinds and Curtains were very well priced and provided the type of rollers blinds I wanted. I was surprised by just how quickly the custom blinds arrived (5 business days) and the communication from the team when I needed help was quick and they assisted me throughout the whole process. My samples arrived fast and Alexia @ Quickfit was always available with a super fast reply to answer my numerous questions and give advice about hanging, measuring and tracks. I was nervous about ordering online and measuring myself, but it was a lot simpler than I anticipated. I ordered the Home Theatre Media Room Curtains Made to Measure Bond Black, they arrived fast, fit perfectly and look fantastic! I couldn't recommended Quickfit Blinds and Curtains more highly.
