You can't get better customer service than here, Such a fantastic service, so very friendly, will definitely be using their services again.

They have repaired my 3 pairs of shoes during the past few years instead of having them thrown away, and they are still in great condition.

That has saved me a lot of money and has been good to the environment, too.

I had a very sentimental handbag that has literally been all over the world with me! Although it was starting to get a bit tired and cracked - they fixed it up so perfectly! I am back to loving carrying it around again. The online support was also amazing! Thank you so much ️

I bought a beautiful, expensive pair of boots online from overseas and was devastated they felt terribly tight and my foot would not go in.
I found them online and after 1 week of gently stretching and softening my Cinderella moment came so happy and the lovely ladies at the counter are the epitome of good old fashioned customer service.

I had a shoe strap shortened recently and was extremely happy with the outcome. A great family run business that I have recommended to friends and family!

Had some pretty new leather hiking shoes that had quickly worn away fabric inside the shoe. They quoted a price and explained how they could fix the shoes. A few hours later it was complete with new leather stitched and glued in place. Now I can keep using these expensive shoes without them going to waste. We need people like this who know how to repair rather than throw out and create more waste. Very happy that I found this place.

I have used this service plenty of times which included getting house key cut and car door, I was served by a beautiful lady who was fantastic helpful and very friendly we spoke was very happy to help even gave me her direct number if my keys don't work for the door thankyou I will be bk I am sure

What an amazing family business. The first shoe repair shop that cared what I wanted and helped me get 3 pairs of shoes that I loved and could wear. I have trouble finding both sizes and designs I like and can wear, these guys helped me restore 3 pairs I had relegated to the back of the wardrobe to comfortable and stylish shoes I will wear all the time.
Everybody I dealt with was friendly and positive.

Excellent, very quick shoe repair on my favourite pair of heels that were very warn down. The young lady was so friendly, helpful, polite and knew her stuff! I thought these shoes were beyond repair, but they look very close to new now. Very happy and will be returning for all shoe repairs. Thank you!
