I would say they are the best commercial maintenance company in Melbourne. We initially gave them one job to start with, and now they take care of everything that goes wrong at our aged care facility. I simply send an email, and I know it's going to be done. Sonny and his team were so professional and courteous. Had a leak in our roof which was very challenging to find. Was recommended Quick Replace by a coworker and thought to give them a try since other companies I approached were unfriendly, "fully booked" and charged way too much for call outs and repair service.

After speaking with Sonny, he came down the very next day and within two weeks had fully replaced the piping, professionally plastered the bathroom ceiling and gave the walls a fresh coat of paint. He did it with a smile and he even left me a pack of Croatian wafers as a gift!
