I must say that your room and location looked perfect, but AGODA ruined everything. They mistakenly used my old email address and then canceled my reservation without authorization, leaving me with no place to stay. This made me very angry. I I hope you won’t cooperate with that kind of company again, lest your customers be pissed off.

My deposit was not returned, and the staff member was I’ll-equipped to deal with the issue. I was put on hold 4 times and then told to call my bank or dispute the transaction (without any information regarding how to do so). My bank told me to call the hotel, as they hadn’t received the funds.

Quite an amazing place. A luxury apartment hotel that provides spectacular value. Great location, ideally located near a major tram stop and the new memorial station. Simple to get in to the city or the fashionable nearby chapel street and toorak road. The staff were friendly and helpful, the view was amazing and everything was superb. Very much a 5 star establishment.

On the positive side - a great location, comfy bed and the staff are very kind and helpful. I think it would be great for a couple of days, however, not appropriate in terms of value for money for longer term (which in my case was 3 weeks). Rooms were too small and dark (mine faced the side of a building and was very dark, digital thermostat didn’t work half the time…said room was vacant). I found an Airbnb for half the price which was substantially nicer.

We recently stayed at Quest in St Kilda Road, Melbourne in a one bedroom room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money.

First and foremost, the room we stayed in had a king-sized bed, which was extremely comfortable. It provided ample space for a restful night's sleep, adding an extra level of comfort to our stay. Additionally, the room featured a small kitchenette, which was a convenient addition offering basic self-catering options such if needed.

The room was clean and well presented. The shower was spacious and featured a rain shower head, adding a touch of luxury.

One thing to note is that access to the property from St Kilda Road is by foot only, and parking options are very limited. This can be a minor inconvenience, especially if you are traveling with a car. However, if you are relying on public transportation or prefer to explore the area on foot, this may not be a major concern.

Our room was situated on the 3rd floor, facing St Kilda Road. A standout feature of the room was the decorative metal screen, which allowed dappled light to filter through, creating a pleasant ambiance. It added a unique touch to the room and enhanced the overall atmosphere.

In terms of amenities and furnishings, the room provided basic essentials. While it may not have been overly lavish, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall, Quest in St Kilda Road offers a clean and comfortable stay and is good value for money. The king-sized bed provided excellent comfort, and the small kitchenette added convenience to our stay. The spacious shower with a rain shower head was a nice touch as well.

If you don't mind the limited parking options and prefer a centrally located property, Quest in St Kilda Road is a great choice. It provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and offers good value for money, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant city of Melbourne without breaking the bank.

Not too shabby. Bed a little soft for my back. Shout out to Eva for being very helpful and accommodating.

Booked 2 1 bedroom apartments for my family, front desk staff are poorly trained. In one apartment, the phone didn't connect with the front desk and the air con unit didn't work for most of the ten night stay.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Booked in for a Golf Club fitting at Albert Park and the Quest was a good location for me. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel I need to. Having a stressful week with a family member in hospital, staying here at Quest has been nothing short of wonderful. Firstly the management should be proud of their staff. They are all genuine, caring, professional and friendly. I’ve had a studio room, and it’s been superb. It’s light, bright, clean, and has everything you need. It’s the little things that make the difference, from a super comfortable bed, big fluffy pillows, great little kitchen, nice bathroom. Having access to the laundry (free too!) is great.
After having a pretty awful time over at the Pullman (plus double the price) I’m so thankful to have found Quest.

Members of my family have stayed at Quest St Kilda and they reckon it’s great! The rooms are clean and modern, the location is convenient (I live close!) and the rates are incredibly reasonable. Close to the city, Prahran and South Melbourne markets and South Yarra.

Staff are nice and helpful. The cheaper rooms do not have oven or dishwasher and the rooms are quite small

Comfortable. Clean. Lacks a bar/restaurant area but doesn't really need one wedged between Melbourne and St Kilda. Easy 20min walk to Fed Square or catch a tram - one every 2-3 min on weekday

No balcony when there was one on the listing. One of the male employees was rude and did not even apologise.

Opened in early 2019. As you would expect, this service apartment is very new and modern. It feels like a hotel to me. The room is very spacious and got plenty of seating. Staffs are very friendly and helpful when asked about public transport and local restaurants.

One thing worths noting is that the service apartment is located in a business area. There aren’t many restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, many don’t seem to open at night or over the weekend. However, the tram station is right at the doorstep. You can catch a short tram ride to the city and you have plenty of foods to choose from.

Stayed 3 nights over a weekend. The amenities were clean and the shower was spacious and good water pressure. Had a balcony but because it was raining didn’t get a chance to use it. The room was quite and it was a quick tram ride to the city when required. Will stay again.
