Bed fine and tad saggy in the middle. Pillows fine.
Kitchen was good, but fridge. Laundry services in bathroom. All works. Is fine. Tv a tad small. Nice balcony overlooking church. Carpark was right to get in but nice big spaces.

2 stars for some nice staff and very clean. Otherwise it is nothing like the online booking photos, room overlooked a carpark with old cigarettes smell, the tv doesn’t stream Netflix and wouldn’t stream my own service through the browser, internet is too slow to stream free to air, cigarette smoke through my bedroom window at 2am so had to keep doors and windows shut. On arrival I was told a $200 “holding bond” is also taken, and found out on checkout it is returned/back in account up to 3 days after checkout. I didn’t realise it was daily servicing and got a shock that all my schedule diaries, diaries, personal papers were open when I returned to the room. Would not recommend, will air bnb next time. Unless you stipulate exact conditions and rooms I definitely would not have high expectations.

Fabulous location. 5 minute walk to waterfront. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room we stayed in was good. Little terrace attached to room. We had twin beds in a separate room as opposed to everything in one room. Very clean.

Great location, good parking but $25. -/day, quiet spot extremely friendly staff. Modern rooms and facilities.

The room though is average at best. Bed is old and hard, bathroom had surface mould. Also not overly warm because not enough heavy blankets for winter.

Excellent location, in a quiet street but close to shops restaurants bars trams park and prom. Lovely staff, clean room/apartment style, well equipt including washing machine and dryer with small balcony giving a little outside space with table and chairs. Outside area with pool, tables, seating some shade. Gym. Would be great for a long stays. Car parking and lift.

Another exceptional stay at the Quest. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. Apartment has everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.

I don't have any photos of the place but it was a very nice small cosy area near the beach and a couple minutes walk from the tram stop 96. The staff were great no complaints there. Only things that were not the greatest could of just been a one time thing was the tv was really bad with lines through it and when trying to play a DVD a horrible humming sound came from the machine. Something out of there control but still affects a possibly stay there is that there is a lot of needles just littered around the place over the span of the weekend we walked past 6.

Disappointing.

On arrival we were told we had to pay a $200 room deposit ontop of the $300 a night stay that was never stated when booking.

The $200 wasn’t necessary as the state of the room was not in great condition.
Hair on the shower floor, mould growing in the vents, dirty mirror in the bathroom and when you flushed the toilet it would get stuck and continue to run as well as just general wear and tear.

We have stayed at other Quests before and they all have very high standards, this one. Not so much!

Otherwise, beds were comfortable and good location, walking distance to everything.

Excellent 7 day stay! I'll start by saying it's not super modern so if you're looking for that, this is not it. However for the price it's so spacious and everything is very comfortable and to have a kitchen, washing machine and dryer and small balcony it's a big yes from me. We had an executive 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the church. It is very spacious and quiet. When you close the blinds to sleep it's so dark so we had an incredible sleep every night. The reception staff are so friendly. The service and location made it wonderful for us. I'll definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation, relaxing, clean, and close to St Kilda beach with lots of cool places to eat. The pool is great for kids.

Great facilities, great location action and the staff could not be more helpful! Kali was a standout! Will definitely return!

Great place to stay we have 2 full sized bedrooms a beautiful little kitchen stive6tope oven and dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Little balcony. It's not over the top price wise and great location. There is also a pool and gym we enjoyed our stay.

I'm staying here as a guest of the Edithvale, Chelsea and Bon Beach level crossing removal project so I have not paid for this accommodation.

I am in a single bed room apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. The room is clean and comfortable. I cooked a few meals during my stay and got take away from some of businesses which are close by on Fitzroy and Ackland Streets.

The room has reverse cycle AC, a small TV which unfortunately can't decode MP4 broadcasts so you can't watch any full HD channels including SBS vice. There is also a DVD player.

Close proximity to St Kilda beach, Albert Park Lake and of course Fitzro Acland Streets just adds to the appeal.

Finally while I had a couple of minor issues during my stay the staff were very responsive and quick to resolve.

Stongly recommended.

Clean rooms. From the outside, the place is deceiving, it looks small. But, once inside, it is quite large. Looks to be well maintained.

Great location - close to shops, beach, EVERYTHING you need.
Friendly and welcoming staff, however the noise level between rooms was a negative. The noise echos well between each room and every morning i was waken up by a banging noise above my room. I did inform the staff and they were polite enough to offer me a different room which i appreciated. However, the constant noise was definitely a negative from me. I wouldn't stay her again for that reason.

It's clean, comfortable, great customer service and your room is serviced, close to luna park and beach

Staff was lovely and it's close to everything however the hotel is VERY noisy. We often heard other guests stomping around their rooms or through the hallways and furniture being dragged across the floor in rooms above. First night there was a massive party in the room above until 1am. Not a good sleeping environment at all!
