Stuffed around with pay, come a week late after being told not to worry about emails several times

These People are the most rude inconsiderate people in Melbourne I have ever meet you need new staff in there place decent people that know what there doing!

The worst this lady LiZ fired me for no apparent reason and I had zero explanation for my dismissal even though the company I was working for loved me. Do not subcontract under any circumstances

Lack of customer service skills, unprofessional, bias, non responsive and not helpful at all. Useless, would not recommend.

All I will say if DEAN BEEN is what this company professional standards are, Look elsewhere people!
And the Human Rights people should also look into the Clear Age Discrimination against order job seekers!

I was told to call quest when I received a forklift licence as they apparently had work going (and were prepared to train me for high reach). I sent all my paperwork in in got a call from then saying everything was good. I gave notice to my old job and when I finished and asked quest for my start date, this is when they told me they didn't have a trainer ready. I waited for three weeks with no call from them and no awnsers when I tried to call and follow up with them. Very unprofessional and useless, after a month they said they had no idea when a trainer would be coming in. Anthony was useless, use another temp agency. Allstaff seems pretty good so far good luck y'all

Very disappointed to say the least. I was told I was to start a new job Monday which was then pushed back to the following Friday. I left my current employer on Tuesday with high expectations of starting my new job only to be told the job has been put on hold. Not what I wanted just before xmas. Not only that I was told by customer service that Liz had resigned. Not something you tell your clients over the phone. Unfortunately I've had to leave a bad review with one star as I feel I was dealt with unprofessionally.

I recommend to anyone looking for a quality recruiter, great company to deal with, made the whole process extremely easy.

I went for an interview and Lorraine Tribe didn't even know which position I was there to interview for. Afterwards she said she would advise of an outcome by close of business the following day. This never happened, and despite me personally reaching out to follow up, she didn't even afford me the courtesy of a response. Would not recommend, and definitely dodged a bullet.

I applied for a job through SEEK and I had a simple question I wanted answered so I rang Lorraine this morning as she was the contact person. She was rude and abrupt and did not seem to want to assist me in any way.

I was delighted to receive a phone call from Loraine who came across my resume on seek. After a few routine questions and some paperwork I was swiftly in full time employment working as a Registered Nurse in the home care setting. This is an area of nursing I always loved. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hugo for my shifts. Being a backpacker the level of flexibility and the hours available suited me down to the ground. Hugo was on the other end of the phone any time I had a question about my hours and even when I was looking for more/less hours it was never an issue. He would make sure I was comfortable and happy going to all of my shifts and dealing with each client. If I had any problems during a shift I felt very supported and was given the numbers of people to contact if need be. Also, Joan in payroll was always available and quick to respond when I had any questions about my pay. Unfortunately I could only work with quest for a short period but would highly recommend them to any fellow registered nurse or carer.

Scarlet is a wonderful communicator and is a dedicated and personable recruitment officer. I recommend her services wholeheartedly.

Very unprofessional company. While working with them, I received a call on a Monday morning telling me my contract had ended and that I needed to leave the building immediately. I was assured that I would be paid for four hours for working that morning, but I never received payment because I didn't submit a time card (this was after I was told I had to "leave immediately" and that they would make sure I got paid. I wasn't fired, my manager today me she gave me a great review and imformed my recruiter that my contract would be finishing the week before. Avoid!

This company is a joke. Everytime they advertise a job they dont actually have jobs and say the roles are filled even minutes after applying. They advertise jobs just do obtain peoples details to have on there database when something comes up. I have tried a few times for immediate start jobs but it ever happens. Be wary of dealing with these guys.
