Neat little apartment. Modern, extremely well equipped and clean. Excellent value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Maybe I'm being a little harsh given the price, but we were greeted with an unpleasant cleaning smell on arrival. The longer we were there, the more we noticed a lack of detail when cleaning. A couple of the light switches where visibly dirty, and it looked as though appliances had not been moved for cleaning for some time. To be fair, the bedding seemed clean which I guess is one of the most important things, and it did look as though the carpet was relatively new and clean.

This suite hotel used to be a Quest but Comfort have taken it on and maintain a high level of service and cleanliness. The location is pretty unbeatable being near the theatre zone and a stone's throw from Chinatown with it's delicious restaurants. A cost effective and quality establishment.

Virgin Airlines booked this hotel as due to their delay I missed a connecting flight. I woke feeling something biting my face. Bed bugs. Back to the airport at midnight. I would give 0 but this system won't let me.

As we did 'late' check in at 4.15pm, we didn't see any staff (which is fine) but it also meant we weren't supplied with the WiFi password which was frustrating.
The rooms are not like the photos.at all! They're dark and pretty dingy, very old and tired. The bedroom was obviously meant for a king bed, as the in-built bedside tables were quite a distance from the bed.
There were also stairs to get to the room, and then within the room (two in each location) and while it doesn't seem like much, with a broken foot it was hard to manage. No mention of stairs on the website.
The beds weren't overly comfortable, and the street noise was sooo loud. I'm used to decent background noise at night, but it was like the windows were wide open, I could hear whole conversations being had on the street.

The room size and location are fantastic though, so if they renovate.it'd be a great place to stay.

Worst rude staff ever very cold and nothing to do with professional service
They stare at you in an awakrdness everytime u pass and they don't attend reception all the time. No words such as excuse me, please, sorry or thank you at all. As if they don't get paid eventually.

I dont know where to start!
The hall way leading to our room smelt like urine triggering my partners asthma. The doors to the balcony rattled and i had to put a book between them to stop the noise.kitchen not clean and very dated. The bathroom was very old and dirty bath/shower didnt look like it had been cleaned there was urine stains down the front of the toilet. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 and booked elsewhere! Would not recommend at all!

Very basic and old hotel. However, they have an infestation of bed bugs. Check carefully before turning in for the night. They did, however, find me a new room.

This hotel is so scummy, the amount of inconsiderate smokers surrounding the entrance is filthy and disgusting.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a full size fridge, hotplates, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. It was very comfortable

We checked out after staying 2 nights of a 6 night stay. We stayed in an apartment that was meant to be set up for 2 people but there was not enough crockery and cutlery, and even after asking for plates and knives, we received only one of each for 2 people. But the worst part was the lack of hot water and heating. The first morning the hot water was luke warm at best and the second morning there was no hot water at all. Management told us they had a technician trying to fix it but they did not communicate to us what was happening at the time and we were left waiting for a shower to leave for an appointment we had. Despite the hot water situation, the room was cold and the place is dated and in need of some maintenance. Even though there appears to be individually controlled room temperature dials, they do not work and we could not get the room warm at all. There was also faulty evacuation alarms going off on our first night at around 1am. Oh, and even the phone in the room didn't work so that we could call reception.
We don't usually complain about accommodation and understand things can break down but this was too many things going wrong and not even to have the apartment stocked adequately shows the lack of attention being taken to ensure a level of quality is maintained.

Disappointed considering the high price we paid. The room was very dated and and in major need of refurbishment.
Many faults including bathroom taps not working, various electrical faults, no dishwashing liquid or tablets included and we couldn't even find a plug for the kitchen sink so weren't able to do our dishes at all. There's no oven and overall it was a very basic kitchen and not very well equipped.
It wasn't cleaned very well at all and if we were staying any longer than a weekend we definitely would have requested a different room or just cut out losses and checked out early and stayed somewhere else. We probably won't be returning in a hurry.

Was booked in a 2 bedroom apartment, when we arrived even though we were given a 2 bedroom it wasn't a family friendly room at all. Windows wouldn't close, doors wouldn't close properly. Thankfully after a discussion with reception we were moved to a family appropriate apartment. Take all photos on booking.com with a grain of salt, not true to form.

Booked into Herr to see a show at the comedy theatre close by.it was meant to be a romantic weekend away.we asked for a room change to a balcony room which was facilitated. But the room was very old, dated and unkempt. The carpet was patched up, the walls had clearly been damaged but poorly patched up and the red unidentified stains on the carpet in the bedroom appeared fresh and very obvious. While a room change was facilitated, (to a smaller less expensive room) the only offer of compensation was that we wouldn't have to pay for parking. Other quest facilities I have stayed at have been amazing. This quest was more like a 2 star boarding house and certainly did not match up to the high standards of other quest facilities.

I went here with my bf to celebrate a anniversary on Saturday the 12th march 22, was excited leading up to staying in the city and seeing jagged little pill due to COVID hitting casts members in jan it had to be rebooked and my bf has stayed at many other Quests before. As we were told this was a balcony room and the best room by the reception guy I was very excited to see this room. Top floor and all and he knew as I stated was our anniversary and seeing jagged little pill so easy to stay in the city. I went up to the room as bf sorting out car parking I had all our luggage on a wheeler taking it in. I saw carpet wasn’t very clean balcony was nice but cleaner downstairs across rd was noisy. That was ok though carpet bits had been cut out and pieces placed in thght hmm. Go into the bedroom one bedroom and red stains around wardrobe door side and red stain in yhg door. Omg I felt sick to the stomach. My bf rocks in and I show him he and I take pics and straight down stairs to reception. My mood has dropped now yuk disgusting. Reception guy comes up says we can cover with bath mats as nothing else on offer. I said hmmm cleaners evidently didn’t let reception know and I felt so sick now. The reception guy talks to the manager finds a smaller room no balcony and still charges my bf the balcony price and takes the $35 off the parking. Noticed as we were packing up to move that 2 holes plastered over recently in the wall too. Yep was glad to get out of the room felt like something had happened there that wasn’t good at all. Cleaner and management not checking the rooms enough

Would not recommend staying here
We left 10 minutes after check in
Wouldn’t have been comfortable taking my shoes off
People yelling at each other in the room next door
Stay elsewhere, quest isn’t what it used to be

The whole level stunk of weed and god knows what else, they have taken 2 lots of the hotel price out of my bank account and when I tried to follow this up I was yelled at and disrespected by the person on the other end of the phone, really disgusted by the hotel and now by how I was treated after them taking 2 times the payment from my bank account, DO NOT STAY HERE
