Very nice staff exellent location everything you need in walking distance and trains right next to the hotel!

I booked a one bedroom apartment for a 3 night stay while travelling for work, my first stay at a Quest venue.

Received a genuine warm & friendly welcome from the team. They explained whats nearby, car parking entry. Plenty of undercover parking with lift access.

The room was amazing, with stunning views.

Kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave & dishwasher. The bathroom was beautiful with a large rain showerhead. The washer & dryer in my room was very convenient.

The bed was super comfy, and the 2nd tv in the bedroom was great.

Nice lounge & huge tv in the lounge adjacent to the double glazed windows & doors keeping noise out.

The view from the balcony overlooking the station was gorgeous at night.

Lots of great restaurants & cafes within walking distance. There is an amazing cafe in the same building. Coffee is great, cakes are to die for, they do savory brekky & lunches too (closed Sundays)

The train station is an easy 5 minute stroll, local shopping centre 15 minutes.

Loved my stay here, will be back & most definately recommend

Nice clean room.
Only 15 minutes walk from Dandenong plaza.
Staff very friendly.
Be warned if you want to check on early they want to charge extra for each hour.
Parking is also not free.

Dandenong is a great multicultural centre, we loved staying there. The Quest is top notch accommodation.

My husband and I recently stayed in Dandenong to collect a vehicle so being a short walk from the train station after a long days travel was appreciated. Another short walk to Dandenong Plaza and Market was a bonus. The staff were at all times friendly and helpful and we were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a larger studio apt. The facilities were very spacious, with our only complaint being the sofa was not too comfortable for TV viewing. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use with the towels being of excellent quality. And the bedding gave us a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay again when our new car goes back for servicing.

I chose a room with a washing machine, so I was able to wash my daily clothes and room wear whenever I wanted, so I was able to make effective use of my time.
It's a pity that I could hear the music in the next room well, probably because the TV sound bar was attached to the wall.
Shopping is convenient as there is a mall nearby. There was also DAISO.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and are very roomy and provide excellent families for the disabled.

Great location as we have my father in hospital down the road. So central and worth the $$

Nice comfortable room, good service, exactly the room I needed during my work trip in Dandenong.

Poor service, they stole about $150 from us and when we called they said that we haven’t charged you extra. We trusting them with our detail and they took advantage by stealing from us. Do you always took advantages of every customer’s bank detail like this?

Very well equipped apartment, this apartment even have a sound bar (good quality) on top the usual dish washer, in room washing and dryer (we had 2 bedrooms apartment). Fully recovered.

Jus loved the place first time. But yeah love it. Rooms very clean bathroom very nice the bed so relaxing and very nice

Very poor service, charged us extra $300 for not cleaning the room even though the room was in a good condition.

Apartment and hotel was dirty, also I had Staines and hair all through my bed they didn't change the bed sheets or blankets and it was so uncomfortable being there

Nice to have someone to call when the reception is closed. It’s just bad when this someone hang up on you after realising you were at the wrong address…

Booked a room last minute for my partner who was in town for business. What a stuff around. Despite it being late in the afternoon, the room wasn't ready. Then he got into his room and it was a MESS. He had been sent to a room that had been used. During COVID times this is totally unacceptable. The phone in the room didn't work to ring reception so I had to do it from my home. We are now awaiting covid results as he hasn't been well and fear that perhaps the uncleaned room is the reason. On booking they didn't let us know they needed a deposit which was another hassle as we hadn't prepared for it. Its now 4 days later and we still don't have our deposit back which has left us struggling this week. We were told it would be 2 days and if it wasn't back to call the bank. The bank said the funds haven't been released. Also asked for a late checkout, I have a travel blog and have travelled extensively and usually the hourly late fee is waved. But not here. I suppose that's standard but I've never had to pay for checkout before 12pm before.

4 out of 10. No room service. No information brochures. Filthy balcony, a/c keeps shutting down, 2 days and asked for more coffee at 5pm. Reception says sorry none available until 9am then come down to get them.admittedly room was ok.

1! Mutton priced like lamb, the whole place is a mongrel who thinks it's a lion. To TOP it off, Reception has the AUDACITY to be rude and flippant. How about you clean the rooms properly and do the job you are being PAID to do. I'm beyond disgusted, so I will leave my wife to do the FULL review.

Great modern quiet room. Very impressive customer service and communication.
Staff were courteous and polite and very accommodating to myself and my children.
We all enjoyed our stay
