Queenscliff Grocer

Great store and not too overly priced despite being the main supermarket in the area. I got all that I needed and can I just mention the great beverage options they have? I enjoyed browsing through them all.

Also love that IGAs stock locally made items too so there's always something different to find/try.

Friendly staff and they keep the queue moving quickly.

Doing pretty well as the only grocery place in town. Only qualm is them not opening earlier and closing later

Queenscliff Beach is beautiful. The water is clean and the sand pale yellow and fine, like talcum powder. The park nearby provides welcome shade, and grassy areas for picnics. Shops are a short walk away. It's like stepping back in time to see the Victorian mansions which overlook the beach.

The roast chicken is outstanding! I dont think I have tasted chicken this good in a long time at such a great price. Also the deli stocks a great choice of healthy salads for the health concious they really do listen to their customers.

Great ham and cheese toastie and coffee and very friendly service. The Grocer also has a wide range of cheeses etc.

IGA supermarkets are great places to shop because as they are independantly owned they dont all carry the same stock. Each one has the usual "staple" food items but the remainder of the stock is hand picked by the owner making each shopping experience unique. The store in Queenscliff is no exception and well worth a quick look for that something special that is missing from your pantry.

Simply put, this is the perfect grocery store, whether you’re just passing through or are a local stocking up for the week ahead.

If you are headed to Queenscliff for a visit, as I was, this will be your ‘go to’ one stop shop for pretty much everything you’ll need. I just happen to get lucky by visiting this beautiful little spot in late January 2020 as all the amazing antique cars were coming into town for the weekend.

Every small town needs a great store like this, friendly staff, reasonable prices, more so than you might expect during a tourist season and in a tourist spot, and no long lines.

Great little store that has most things you need including a deli section at reasonable prices. Great beer & wine selection.

It's a great place to go for a day out come across on the ferry as foot passenger or go the other way to Sorrento, plenty of shop's and cafes to try out too.

Clean well presented with good service and a great view! A little bit more expensive but saves on petrol and time not having to go out of the area to shop.

Good little supermarket with reasonable range. Not a cheap place to shop. I suggest you get supplies on the way to Queenscliff and only go there for the things that were forgotten.
