2 Awful customer service:
As someone with extensive customer service jobs, I understand that people have bad days, however its part of the job to not disrespect customers while you’re serving them.
I honestly really liked this place, but not anymore. I mistakenly called the wrong number looking for a service inside the building and ‘Natalie’, A receptionist for QVWC, answered. I was deeply offended by her appalling apathy, as she answered me in extremely rude and unwelcoming way, laughing at me as I politely asked for the person I was looking for. It was very disappointing.
Beautiful building and an important place.
Some great exhibitions are shown here, there is also a wonderful shop full of interesting clothes, hats, jewellery etc made by independent designers
