My wig went missing, the owner requested me to give her time to look for my wig, gave her 2weeks, she loaned me a wig for an event which was not the same quality as the one I gave her to retouch. Messaged her that I needed my wig or I give her the link where I purchased it. She was rude saying it wasn't her fault and she'll give me a free service (I just wanted my stolen wig back, she even insinuated that i took the wig back[stole my own wig from her own shop]) very unprofessional and rude.
Mahelet Abay is an absolutely beautiful person. I have Cerebral Palsy Right Sided Hemiplegia and this was my first Natural human hair front lace wig installation. If I could put 10 stars I would. I was so nervous but Mahelet made me feel so comfortable. Her services are outstanding, she knows exactly how to achieve the hair look you want and her trust and communication skills are amazing. Never have I ever felt so comfortable and at ease without judgment in a store. I %100 recommend QUEEN VIBES to anyone who wants to feel comfortable, supported and trusted. Mahelet knows what she's doing, You'll feel just as gorgeous with your new hair just as I do now thanks to Mahelet and her profound services.
