Queen Margherita Pizza

Ordered The Mexicano. Dough was tough and flat. Tomato base was very acidic like pure concentrated. Pepperoni covered the total area and was overcooked. Insufficient mozzarella cheese with green peppers. Has the ownership changed. Not what it use to be.

Online Delivery - I was charged $25 for half full container of bolognaise. Seriously?

Actually looking at the pictures not even half full.

Cold pizza for $32 - not even microwave salvageable…

Rip off for inedible rubbish.

I ordered home delivered pizza over the weekend and would declare it the best pizza I have EVER eaten! Perfect crust and exactly the right amount of toppings.

Regular but quality has declined in recent months. Tonight main calamari looked more like entree size and dry. Chicken Parma no ham and too much sauce. Rosemary and olive oil pizza - none of which on top. Wilted salad. Chicken snitz barely any chips. Worst meal especially given cost. I think that’s it now. No more.

Ordered the pecorino pizza and it arrived without pecorino mushrooms and no pecorino cheese as mentioned on the menu. Only button mushrooms and potatoes, no taste! Make you pay for a high quality pizza which is not. Never again

Regularly get pizza from here, pizza is always good and service is always fast and reliable. Do a great special on 2 large pizzas Wednesday’s and Saturday’s

Pizzas were good however carbonara was flavourless and very oily. Couldn’t finish the dish.

Didnt have the class to admit they got the order wrong.do not reccommend.quality not as good as expected.

Ordered Porthouse steak rear with chips and vegetables. Received medium rear steak with chips and salad told waitress about my dinner not a offer to redo my dinner. Chef on way out asked how my dinner was told him what it was like. He said will fix it next time. This is the second time I have been there. Sorry not coming back

Twice in last 3 mths I’ve completed a phone order and staff haven’t printed the order out to give to the chefs to make the food. So you arrive to collect only to be told your order hasn’t even been started. So you then wait 30 min for nothing!

I wonder if it’s the kids that just stand there talking to each other constantly rather than working being the issue!

Tried their Wednesday steak deal for the first time tonight. Very generous serve of top quality porterhouse. More than I could consume. Nice chips and salad alongside the great meat. Highly recommended.

Worked hard but served burnt pizzas and didn't really have experienced staff serving. Lovely people but not a good dinner. Sorry guys

Pizza was nice. But the tiny lasagne for $20 was very ordinary … pity as it drags down the overall vibe of a good meal.

Exceptional. Pizza - in the top two I've had in Melbourne. Very crispy base yet not overdone; Toppings - perfect amount, well-seasoned. Carbonara was just delicious. Again, in the top few I've had. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Very creamy and indulgent sauce with good amount of garlic and parmeson. New go-to for Italian.

Booked a table, but when we arrived we were told that staff had not turned up so our booking was cancelled.
I asked why I wasn't called or otherwise notified and the guy said they were busy with takeaway orders.
Not good enough.

Amazing service! Amazing pizza! Chili prawn pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, my daughter just loves the carbonara! Food arrived extremely quickly

small clam shells on top without clam I nearly ate 1 shell as not expecting it, this was the worst dry tasteless pizza I have ever experienced and the most expensive $34 for 1 medium. THE WORST!

Absolutely the best pizza bases, thin and crispy, delicious unlike the doughy and soggy pizza bases of other takeaway places. However perfection does come at a price. $73 for 3 regular pizzas (vegetarian, house special and cheesy garlic) and fries. Was going to try donuts but that would have pushed price up to $88! For takeaway! Yes ridiculous. Also beware when order online default option is large so make sure you change size if you need to. The vegetarian was beautiful not too much topping and the cheesy garlic had just right combination of both, while the fries were perfect, thin, crispy and just right amount of salt. So yes the pizzas are the best but you do pay a premium for them. So I will order from Queen Margherita again but just not as often as I would if they were more competitively priced.

Quality food, however quality Management.
Had a stuff up due to UBER and received the wrong order. Called UBER who said "not our fault". Called Queen Margarita Hampton who offered to redo the order (didn't have to - but did) and then sent out with their driver. Its not about the mistake, it's how it's fix it. Great customer service QM, we'll be back.
