Additionally, they did a great job cleaning our upholstery and getting rid of dog feces that were dragged in on everyone's shoes, wine stains (from our kids), candy stains, and wine stains.

Pretty underwhelming rug clean. Just don’t expect miracles for $75. Coffee stains remained but at least it’s clean and I didn’t have to do it myself. Cleaner was friendly and professional.

Terrible customer service. Was given the worst attitude and swore at for cancelling "last minute" even though I had called back within a few hours of organizing the clean. As I explained, I didn't realize the rooms weren't carpeted. With giving almost 24 hours notice I am appalled at how you treat customers who are trying to give you business.
