Had my second Nano brow session yesterday with Heidi. I’ve had my brows previously micro bladed twice and caused scaring so was reluctant but Heidi was determined to give it a go. I want to share my expierence with the training I recieved from Heidi for the Plasma Fibroblast treatment. But I need to talk about how I first trained with another company that misslead and comprised the professional work that this treatment allows. My expierence with the other company was scary as what they did to the models was just clearly unethical and left me to frightened to carry out this treatment for my clients. But I couldn't let it go, this treatment kept on sparking my want to learn and drive to do the best for my clients. Heidi's knowledge, understading and expertise in plasma fibroblast treatments, including skin types antiaging maping and the importance of aftercare has left me with the confidence and expertise that this treatment requires. Heidi is a super honest, supportive, helpful and very knowledgeable person - she knows all about proper skin treatments and care. She helped me work out what exactly I wanted to get done and where. I got a literal spa experience just getting a simple procedure!
Heidi was able to share her extensive knowledge and taught me that the EFFECTIVE order for skincare is: serum, then moisturiser, then sunscreen. I didn’t know!

I had a full face plasma fibroblast treatment at Queen brows. Heidi and her colleague were very professional and treated me with the upmost care, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. There was minimal discomfort during the procedure. I would compare it to waxing. Afterwards it feels a bit like sunburn, but this feeling was gone in less than 24hrs. I was provided with aftercare products which helped the healing process. I did have some swelling around my eyes, which I expected and is quite normal. The swelling eased and was gone completely by about day 5. The small dots started to fall off around 5 days and took about 10 days to be completely done. My husband had the same procedure and his dots were healed by about 4 days, he healed much faster than I did even though he had his treatment one day after me.
As soon as the dots were gone I could see improved plumpness, texture, brightness, smoothness and overall glowing and radiance to my skin. I am now almost 4 weeks post and omg my skin is amazing. So hydrated, so plump, minimal lines. I can notice a huge improvement to my skin and my husband looks 10 years younger. I would highly recommend.
