A very enjoyable lunch with work colleagues.
Food was beautiful and served promptly.
Nothing was a problem, happily set up a table outside to enjoy the sunshine.
We will be back.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, only 1 issue very limited choice on menu if you dont eat red meat. It was a Saturday night and they ran out of their fish dish on the specials board, which is what we both wanted to order.

Food was excellent and staff were able to accommodate our large group booking of 16! Each section was able to successfully use the QR code which made the dinner simple to pay for and orders to come out. The selection of food was great and in particular, would recommend the mushroom pizza and the chicken wings! A great place to eat in the Yarra Valley and the surroundings were beautiful. If you have time, there is an art gallery on the bottom of the wine tasting rooms too!

Great place with simple but very delicious food. Service super fast. Small note that ambient noise and music could be dialled back but my ten year old son was having a blast!

Very open and relaxing space inside. I liked the self service water, cutlery plates etc and the easy QR code for ordering. Wood-fired pizza looked and tasted amazing and we loved the pasta. Great budget place for lunch if you are in the Yarra Valley. The St Hubert’s Wine Rooms are also on the same block to explore.

It was a lovely lunch experience with fabulous food. Once we were advised regarding menu sharing it became clearer and we could choose accordingly. The staff were incredibly good helpful and efficient.

On Tuesday 9th. May 2023, three of my overseas family members had lunch at St. Hubert Estate. Its one of was the best winery lunches we had. My family was impressed with the large array of menu choices. Cuisine - par excellence. The ambience and atmosphere was lovely despite the weather. The waiters were sooo polite, friendly and helpful. Kudos to Quarters.

We went to Quarters for a late lunch on a public holiday. As expected, it was busy. So when we arrived, we asked to be put on their waitlist and were told that they would call us when a table becomes available. We were happy to wait. We grabbed coffees and sat just outside the restaurant.

After 30 minutes, a number of people started finishing up and some of them also started to leave. Instead of being offered a table, I witnessed how Sheridan (the person at the reception) just started allowing people who just walked in without a reservation to take whatever table was available. “Just take it”, she says to a guy who just arrived at the venue, completely disregarding the waitlist with names and contact numbers of people who have been waiting onsite for more than 30 minutes now. I had to go and talk to Sheridan after witnessing this to calmly and politely ask for a table, seeing that it’s now a free-for-all situation all of a sudden.

We, and the other people in the queue, were given tables much later than those who just walked in without a booking. So what is the point of asking people for their names, contact numbers, putting them on a waitlist, telling them that they are going to be notified as soon as tables become available when this said waitlist is just completely disregarded?

When you are finally seated, you will be instructed to scan the QR code and pay online. Then, you get your cutlery, plates, water, etc.yourself. So there is really not a lot of direct service involved except for when they deliver the food to your table.

The food was okay. The pizzas were fine, but we’re too soggy that you could not lift up a slice without having the toppings slide off and fall onto the plate. The wedges and crispy whitebait were tasty but did not have enough dipping sauce. You can ask for more sauce, of course, but don’t expect a smile when they deliver it to your table.

Perhaps the experience would have been at least enjoyable had we not received such poor service at the reception.

Don’t not go to Quarters. But if you do, keep your expectations low.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at St. Hubert's estate "Quarters" restaurant, and I must say, I had an excellent experience. The woodfire pizza was absolutely delicious, and the venue manager Dylan made sure that our experience was extremely positive.

Dylan went above and beyond to make my dining experience a memorable one. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The way he interacted with the other guests and his coworkers showed that he is an asset to the team.

Highly recommend and we will be visiting again.

I attended on Saturday afternoon and the place was very busy.

Despite the volume of people that were dining on this day, the staff were all over the service. Everything was served in a timely manner. They were able to manage the volume of customers without issue.

The restaurant had plenty of kids and families, and it looked like everyone was having a great time.

I loved the food and the venue. There was even a gallery below the green hill. The hill is what you will first see when you drive past St. Huberts - it is a bit of a statement, and there were many kids enjoying the steep slope of the hill. The scenery is magnificent, especially in autumn.

I will be going back again as I had a wonderful experience.

Visited Quarters on a Sunday for lunch. What a fabulous day! I was very impressed with the food and wine. Took home one of each dessert too. Will definitely be back at H. E.

Dissapointed the restaurant doesn't have St Hubert wines. The wine selection list states the wines are sourced elsewhere. Luckily we went to the cellar door after lunch, where we got to have the beautiful St Hubert wines

Great place to take kids to eat while touring the Yarra Valley. Reasonable prices, chips, colouring pencils and room to roam.

A great experience today. Really nice staff and prompt professional service, terrific food especially the pizza and pork spare ribs, a wonderful indigenous art gallery which really does showcase indigenous art as it should be and a wine cellar equal to any others around the area. Well done.

Been here twice, both times food and service has been fantastic. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, a large lively space. The seating arrangements are great for small or large groups, plus the al fresco sections are really nice on a good weather day. Definitely a must do stop in the valley, it’s unlike most other wineries/winery restaurants. Very unique spot, great for quick casual dining and good value for money.

What a trash service! No service, that Shocking me, one of the staff members wearing a light blue T-shirt and a green floral skirt never answered my questions, and when other customers sat still, none brought us to a table. The most interesting thing is that they serve white people first and ignore Asians.
That all makes me uncomfortable.
Strongly suggest you DO NOT come to their restaurant, but their wine is pretty good.

We had my birthday lunch here this past Saturday 19th of November a group of 9. We were booked in for 2pm, arrived at 1: 55pm to be told our table wouldn’t be ready for 10min. This in itself was a very negative start to the day considering you are given strict 1.5 hour sessions. Went down to the cellar door to be told no space and very rude staff at the door who basically it was too hard to help us. Ended up going and waiting in the cold outside. Our table was not ready until 2: 20! Ridiculous.

Once we were seated told to order via mobile phone or at desk. Customer service was disgusting. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and was so disappointed with the service we received. When our meals came out the staff were so rude and had the most sarcastic and unfriendly tone when serving us our meals.

All in all. Very upsetting and such a let down. I booked her to celebrate my birthday and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more unwelcome. The customer service we received right from the start is what let the entire experience down. Will not be coming back

Such a beautiful setting that is let down due to rude staff
