Quality Suites Seasons 5 reviews
40It was horrible to see the night manager Michael screaming on 3 to 4 years kids who were playing near the reception. They either need a new night manager or have him trained in hospitality.
I would not recommend this accomodation. They charge a $300.00 holding charge for damage to the room which they say is re-imbursed when you check it. It takes at least 10 days to be re-imbursed and you have to chase them up all the time.
Had my Wedding here on the 8th of October.
The reason (s) why I gave it an overall rate of 1:
1. Overcharging my guests at the bar for the Reception. We had a set price for drinks (alcohol) and a set price for fizzy drinks BUT in the end they charged everyone extra! Without consulting with my Husband and I. Hence our bar tab ran out in half an hour!
2. There was no sign or direction to my guests where the Wedding was held. If there was a sign outside pointing them to the right direction it would've helped A LOT!
3. The old lady (cleaner) who was giving me a filthy look and mumbling after parking my car outside the room I was staying at, at the resort. Check in is at 2pm and the room wasn't even ready! It was after 3pm when I pulled up. I knew it wasn't ready but I was just parking my car there ️ no need to be rude about it either! She definitely needs a new job her customer service skills SUCK.
4. I had to call up myself and ask if there was leftover Wedding cake! No-one came to me to say you have leftover cake, make sure you take it with you if I didn't ask the cake I paid for would've been either thrown out or served at another function
Overcharging my guests at the bar and lack of communication. It's a shame really because location wise it's beautiful.
Went with my partner for a weekend getaway - and this was the perfect place!
Beautiful little cottages with a fantastic price.
The staff upon entry was helpful, patient, and kind.
While we were there a wedding was being held in one of their venues - we took a sneak peak and it looked absolutely incredible.
I 100% recommend the Quality Suites Point Cook for any type of stay - from business trips, secret getaways, and large events.
Attended a wedding here recently, OMG what a shocker.
First thing that hits you in the face is the overpowering smell of indian spices/cooking in the front reception area. It absolutely stunk.
Then, the man behind the bar clearly had absolutely no idea about pouring drinks. Plus, we had to constantly ask him to "fill the grass" as they were always only 2/3 full. It was clear that they were trying to maximize their profits by short filling each glass. Once or twice you could put down to an oversight, but EVERY glass we brought we had to ask to be topped up.
As far as charging for drinks, he appeared to be making up his own prices as a lot of our group were charged different amounts for the same round of drinks. We got the distinct impression he was trying to see how much he could charge before someone questioned it.
Once we moved from the bar to the reception room, the prices of the drinks INCREASED. The bride and groom advised that beer wine and spirits were set at $8 once the bar tab ran out. This was NOT the case. I brought identical rounds of spirits, beer and softdrink for our table and was charged between $50-75. Once again, I got the distinct impression they were simply making up an amount to see how much they could get away with. Later, when the groom challenged the prices being charged, the owner stated "it was easier to round the drinks up to $10 to calculate".
GIVE THIS PLACE A BIG MISS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
Spacious rooms. Quiet and neat. The spa bath is a surprisingly good plus - help greatly to relax between long drives. Not far away from shopping center.
Staff disorganised and inept. Grounds were very messy with overgrown grass everywhere. Hardly a good look for the so called hospitality industry. Every other venue in the area was booked out due to a large attendance at equestrian event at WPNEC. None were at this particular venue. Will never return. Very low standard.
Nice ish place, all amenities closed. Restaurant not open for breakfast room service available at extra charge. Not amazing experience
Pretty average to be honest rooms arent anything special and the lack of cooking appliances was annoying
The manager of the hall, where the stage is. He was very rude. I dont thing he have any manners to talk to woman. Just because of him. I wont host any even there.
I wish to thank the manager of this hotel for listening to my grievances concerning his staff and assuring me that all matters raised in our initial review of the establishment would be addressed.
Well, I certainly hope that this will prove to be the case for the sake of all future guests; in particular, those who are disabled and may find it a real struggle if the hotel staff fail to acknowledge their needs.
Let me say, that it is still of real benefit to any hotel management if negative reviews are received in order for improvements to be made; irrespective of whether the reputation of the hotel is indeed at stake.
All hotel managers should take guests’ complaints seriously. This is the way mistakes made by staff can be corrected.
Regardless, I certainly did appreciate Seasons 5 manager’s intervention and hope that his staff will not deter any guest from lodging a complaint when and if necessary.
I only really saw the hotel as a two day stop over. The rooms very nice and large. They were well appointed and clean. They struggled finding my booking when I checked in but were friendly enough while sorting it out. It does represent good value. However I don't think you could call this place a resort/spa.
Amazing venue of you are looking at organising an event. There are villas you can stay at aswell, so u can relax after the big event.

NOT A SPA RETREAT
The manager/owner
Is not friendly and has terrible customer service skills
We complained about our room having dry blood splatters all over the bathroom door and all over the spa bath
And tried to blame us for it
Considering we only just checked in
Had no interest in helping us resolve the issue
Except changed our hotel room for us
But didn't get all the extras I payed for in the previous room
Swan towels Champagne and rose petals
Which cost me a extra $100
Our second room had a shocking view backed onto a paddock
With motorbikes racing up and down all day and night
Definetly not a spa retreat at all
More of a roadside motel with a salon
The manager was meant to be there for check out the next day to let us know about a possible refund or some sort of compensation for an overpriced spa package and for a dirty room with blood in the bathroom
When we checked out he was no where to be seen
And left his night manager to deal with us
Only cares about getting money
And doesn't care about his customers at all
Would love to "0" stars. Wouldn't recommend. Would recommend FairWork to investigate this place on how staff are Paid "if a staff makes a mistake they dont get paid for the day"
Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of great servicem great ambience and amazing food. I will keep saying this, as it is true. Joespeh served us, and he is really professional, courteous and you can see experience gleaming from his presence. Thank you Joseph, for serving us last night. The measl at this place, are really, really lovely. We had the pasta, with prawns with a hint of chilly. Yum, may I say, I have never had that one before, and it was really nice and plenty. The Panna cotta came out looking like something not from this earth. Wow, what a surprise when we dug in. I am telling you people, if you have tried the restaurant at this place, you are missing out. Keep up the amazing work Siva, your restaurant, the whole facility is amazing, and we are so lucky to have you in the West! Thank you. Dezi George.
Great location, excellent food, great rooms and excellent and friendly customer service, and very welcoming.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.
AC or Heater was Not strong enough to keep the room warm enough. I have requested for more blankets but they have only provided me a portable heater from their office. I was shivering whole night and couldn’t sleep until 3: 00am. Bathroom and then are thoroughly cleaned again carpet inside the room was not cleaned. It’s not worth paying them high prices for 3rd class services.
Stayed at the hotel and dined in at there amazing resturant I recommend staying here good service and great good and good price aswell 10/10 can't wait to come back
Very poor guest experience
This company operates so unethically, they overcharge for rooms and then charge you for fake expenses
The hotel staff are also so clueless and unhelpful. They say they will call back to sort issues but its all a lie
