Quality Pharmacy reviews
19Pharmacy assistants, lack knowledge of S2 and S3 medications. They told me I need a prescription for ibuprofen! And we’re asking me a million questions for the medication I am prescribed. Just go chemist warehouse! Cheaper and better service!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Dont waste your time here!
The cost of scripts is ridiculously overpriced. Almost 3x more than any other pharmacy. Never again!
Caroline the manager here is the living embodiment of a Karen and a manager combined into one
Just stay away from her or visit the nearest chemist warehouse and you'll be fine
I want to give negative -ve star. Bought 2 items from them and when we came back to return as the product, we were told that they have stopped doing returns. When we asked for the return policy, they can't say anything other than saying returns are not allowed anymore.
Seriously the lady had no clue.
As per most comments; this pharmacy is a rip off. Even if you are a loyalty member - it doesnt apply to script pricing. I have never paid so much for PBS scripts. It is atrocious. Never again.
I should have read Kofads Kofad's post: a $5 charge to verify original docs. The charge still applies and I walked out again without getting my docs processed.
I am sympathetic to the cohort of shop staff who end up unfairly coping the brunt of customer anger at this extortion. And, no, I wouldn't have minded waiting 10 minutes- the pharmacist had a pile of prescriptions to process.
Dear owner/s, I get it that your business is not a charity. And that, judging from other posts, Quality Pharmacy is never going to be in the running for the Kind and Community-minded Trader of the Month @ Keilor Plaza award. In the Australian spirit of entrepreneurship, you are free to charge what the market will bear- in fact a pharmacy advice website even states '. Some pharmacies may charge for this service. ' But does this mean you should? Do the terms 'equitable', 'fair' and 'justified' mean anything? Does everything need to have a dollar value ascribed to it? This is Australia but boy, has it changed.
A St. Albans branch office pharmacy franchise having Where-house (sic) in its title charges nothing for viewing-verifying docs but does encourage a gold-coin donation in aid of the Royal Children's Hospital appeal. Palatable. Just. And as at 02/11/2021, Aust. Post charges $2.50 for doc certification; check the website for details. I have mixed feelings about that too. I wonder who brought that in.
Dear readers, there's always your friendly VicPol station- in my case, Keilor Downs, where the cost is zilch and service comes with minimal fuss and, if you're lucky, you're out and away within 5 minutes.
I tried to make this comment simple. This is not a shop you should come for any reason. Ridiculous prizes, rude staff I think can explain everything. Thank you.
I recently filled two scripts for my sister, for two medications she has taken previously. I have never been more shocked when I went to the register to pay. I was charged more than triple the price paid previously for one and nearly quadruple for the other.
My sister rang the store to complain and they basically told her they charge what they do because they can and it is at the upper end of the scale.
I am simply disgusted and horrified that a pharmacy is clearly profiting off people when they are not at their best and has no shame in admitting it.
DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR AN ANTIBIOTIC SCRIPT, REALLY? INSTEAD OF HELPING THE COMMUNITY IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF! SHAME ON YOU!
SHOCKED! Visited your store Sunday 27/9/20 At the price of Perindipril 5mg and I even asked for the generic! It was over $20! I asked If you priced matched and No was the answer I got. Thanks but no thanks! I jumped in the car and drove to Chemist Warehouse and paid $5.99 and waited only 15 minutes for my script. You really need to look at the price of common prescription medications for general patients Because I will not be back. You’re ripping off your customers!
Literally double the price of other pharmacies for the exact same script. Paid $28 for something that is $14 at others
Certify One document, cost you $5, more than 5 documents they charge you $1per documents. What benefit be member
WORST WORST Experience.
The staff member named Lena denied to provide me the $15 birthday discount which they offered me via sms. Her system was allowing, still Continued telling lies. Her colleague offered me initially. But Lena want me to come next day and get authorization from a manager (Linda). Its happened on October 25th, Friday after 7: 30 pm. Its all lies, as i clarified with another branch.
Even though its expensive, i used to purchase often from there because of convenience. Kindly, Provide proper training on manners and ethics for Lena.
Don't bother buying shoes from here they last less than 3 months. Went to the store to get a refund or exchange, they had me wait over 30minutes to tell me they won't be exchanging or refuding the product, claimed the damage was due to wear and tear.when you pay $159.95 on shoes they better last more than 2 and a half months. Not good enough, save your time and money.
Friendly staff, prescription prices to high.
I paid $14.28 prescription medication compare to other pharmacy will not be returning.
This pharmacy is 3 to 4 times more expensive than other pharmacys. Have told the pharmacists to refund the difference they refused and pass the blame on to head office.
Rip off, restavit price 3 times than Chemist warehouse. I will never go back. They can fxxx themselves
Rip off. Script for Tramadol $18; $5 everywhere else. Would not back down. Business model! Business model = rip off customers.
The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Okay, so you pay a bit more for some products than you would at Chemist Warehouse etc.but it's worth it when you're treated so well by very pleasant staff.
