The location was quite good. The only downside would be the hill that you will likely have to go up and down on to reach the nearby locations. The wifi was decent, just sometimes very slow.

The room itself was adequate for a few nights' stay. The walls and roof were somewhat dusty and had some small bugs. The couch was quite worn and had dried paint on it, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The bed was very new and clean, as well as the bathroom and carpet generally. Although, some parts like the corners of the taps were very sharp.

It was worth the price when split with another person (s), otherwise I wouldn't come here again.

Much better than I expected given the price! Real value for money. Large room, comfy bed, two large size TVs one in the sitting area downstairs (didn't use them), everything down to nice rain shower, good quality toiletries (not the standard hotel stuff) and ironing board provided, nice pantry with a fridge.

Wifi was superb I could easily do mails and calls.

There's enough eateries and pubs within a minute or two of walk. And lots of others about five minutes away. Of course most guests drive in though I didn't.

Just one minor issue the stools kept near the study desk not tall enough so it's uncomfortable to work more than few minutes. A simple work chair will be nice.

It was very quite i was solo travller, very close to everything walking distance beautiful unit didnt realize how big the unit / room was upstairs and down stairs, unlimited internet netflix. Bathroom extra large sufficent room to move bed very comfortable, Kitchen was well sufficent with a small cooking top which was good to use and easy to operate. The only thing that i found that there wasnt sufficent power sockets for charging phones sockets ects apart from that excellent,

Paid $350 for a one night stay so I had expectations. Went to check in at 2: 15pm with a confirmed 2pm check in was told to come back in 20-40mins. We were over for a party so then didn’t have time to get ready before going for setup. Came back from setup to get ready had to wait 25mins for hot water to him come through! When I rang they tried to blame the cold weather? Spoke about a full refund for the stresses put on our family what was meant to be a nice getaway turned into a nightmare. Came back from the party went to use the lamps next to bed, globes were blown so had to feed our newborn in full light which if you’re a parent know that’s not great. Upon check out when I asked about our refund we were told 10% and that’s it!
The unit wasn’t cleaned to covid standards nothing on the toilet or anything to say it had even had a cleaner through. Even the sink tap was broken! I wouldn’t recommend them ever!

The service was excellent, the room clean and cosy. Close proximity to everything including Ballarat Central. Would recommend.

Super lovely team, I was able to check in super late and out super early which was great! The location was perfect and the room was clean and spacious, and they even left the electric blanket on for me when I arrived super late in the evening on a cold ballarat night. It's the little things! Thank you so much again.

Could not fault it. The room was spotless and the upstairs bed with ensuite, big sceen tv and electric blanket was a very unexpected bonus. One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Will definitely tell my boss to book me in there again. Well done to the management

Disgusting customer service, rude, and uncooperative. We made a booking through Booking.com & when plans changed we followed the instructions to cancel the booking & called the property. We were still changed full price, even with 2 days notice, the manager was rude & I would not recommend dealing with this Establishment! I wish I could give a 0 rating

The room was very well priced, and there are plenty of good reviews, however room 1 which we were given was dark, unclean, noisy, and the carpet gave the room a terrible smell. It needs replacing. I would hope the other rooms are much better, as the reviews that we read beforehand would certainly suggest it. So, avoid room 1.

It is over priced. Disappointed that no breakfast offered. We do a lot of travelling and we pay less for a 4 star hotel with breakfast and king bed in Melbourne. I found the man who checked us in very abrupt. The room was clean and it was quite at night.

Had a deluxe room which was not very special at all parking not near the room which I had to walk a way to unpack the car parking was a night mare

Yes very nice place to stay very modern right in center of ballarat the only things we where concerned about was tiles in shower and bathroom very slippery nothing to hold on in shower if u fall also the heater was undersized to keep room warm was very cold in room we spent most of our time in bed to keep warm.but in saying this it is a very nice motel will be back when a bit warmer thanks

Room was nice, large and reasonably clean. The downfall of my experience was how loud people were outside the room. It wasn't a restful stay. If you're looking for quiet, perhaps look at booking a room in a high-rised building as all rooms are ground level and you hear everything.

Great stop over. Clean affordable accommodation. Ordered of menu log. Thought the $2 fee for a coffee pod was a bit cheeky.

We are staying in room 5.
Was suprising to see the room in poor condition. Dirty carpet,
Food and drink left half eaten in fridge, bin liners not put in, and just grim on door, walls and silverware drawer. Needs a bit of elbow grease to clean it up.
Also if it's clean, you don't need those smelly air fresheners.
Spoke to admin, he apologized but really need to get better cleaners.

Shower was amazing! Bed was comfortable. Let themselves down by leaving cobwebs around the cornice and the air con filter was so filthy we didn't dare use it. The plumbing was very noisy,
could hear other guests having showers at all hours.
Reasonable price.
