Quality Hotel Parklake

Super clean, modern, spacious, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. Best of all nice and quiet. Showers were hot.

Surprisingly lovely little hotel, has everything one would need from a restaurant to a Barbie to a pool, a jacuzzi and Sauna. Rooms are nice, specially in the block we were in, they upgraded us without even asking.

On the top of it the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location can't have be any better. We stayed here for a couple of days on the way from Sydney to Adelaide, and I wouldn't mind coming back to stay here just to explore the surrounding areas.

Abby at Reception was exceptionally helpful in resolving our issue. I was very pleased with how she managed the situation.
As a matter of fact, I was slightly embarrassed by a very polite and totally unexpected resolution.

Stunning deluxe suites, so affordable, friendly smiling staff, the bar was great, next time, I'll book the executive suite and dine in.

Stayed here for Easter weekend.rooms were nice and clean.right opposite to Victoria lake which was very good.

Ordered the fish for lunch and it was cold. When we complained they said we could not have a refund as the meal had been part eaten!
We complained to the manager and he thanked us for the feedback! We are not coming back again so how's that for feedback.

Got stuck in the floods, took 4 hours to arrive when it should have been 1.5hr the hotel gave me and my partner a free buffet breakfast.total refund no questions on 2nd night as the floods prevented us getting back for our 2nd night stay. The one night stayed, was delightful, and being stuck in floods the hotel secured all my belongings for 9 day till I could return and gave me a free bottle of wine on collection of our belongings.

Clean room, great facility and the restaurant is awesome with tasty food. Very friendly staff!

Booked 2 king rooms for 3 nights as a family of 6,2 adults and 4 kids all under 15yrs. Unfortunately we checked in after hours and was shocked to discover that there was no plates in the room, no microwave, no cutleries and most annoying of all, our #ROOMS were #FAR apart. In the morning I asked receptionist if they could help move us next to each other but was told it’s not possible.

I gave 2 stars because of the comfort of beds large space. Everything else was just a little disappointing. Anyways that’s my opinion, don’t take my word for it. I would advice checking with them first if your situation is similar to mine. Good luck

Not worth the money. The facilities aren't working/open. Indoor spa and sauna 'not working'. Outdoor 'spa' is 'same temperture as pool' (cold) so noone would use it. Outdated room with toilet, shower, bed. Would've expected a discount with facilities out of order. As you know, people will choose your hotel over others considering certain facilities (e.g. Spa), so not to mention or charge the same without providing those is unfair. Definately not worth the price.

Service was great. Good collection of booze and variety of food. However the food taste was far from what should be. Slight disappointmented with the food. Lamb was dry and flavourless. Almost felt like it was reheated with water.

Stayed with a large car club & we had a number of rooms booked. Accommodation was clean & comfortable for the 1 night we stayed, we had an upstairs room. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was good. Service friendly. Would stay again if in the area.

Room was lovely and clean, would have given an extra star if we didn’t make the mistake of going to the restaurant for breakfast. The only good thing was the toast, which is all I ate (waste of $25). Pastries and muffins were dry and stale (not sure why fresh pastries etc are not served every morning), dishes were dirty and greasy, coffee which I did not have was just instant. One staff member couldn’t even smile, and she wore her parka the whole time (so unprofessional). We will definitely stay at the Hotel again as my partner visits once a month with work, but we will never use the restaurant again.

2 stars, purely based on the lovely reception staff.
Unfortunately almost everything else was a let down. Tv didn’t work, food was quite expensive for quality that didn’t match. Laundry room was a shambles- but that was a result of other guests. Had to drive around and find a late night CLEAN laundromat. Have had considerably better accom and food for much less

Bathroom lock on the outside and no fan in bathroom but other than that the room was modern and quite nice.

The pungent smell of commercial grade cleaner was so intense in my room that the minute I walked it the windows needed to be opened.
Returning 12 hours later the smell was just as strong, so much that it was almost impossible to sleep because of how overpowering it was.

Despite this horrid smell, the room was very neat and tidy.

This wouldn’t be my first choice of accommodation if retuning to Shepparton.

Great location in the heart of Shep. Would love to see the Glasshouse restaurant up and operating more regularly once staffing issues solved. Also am hoping that indoor pool gets a heating update!

Extremely friendly staff, excellent rooms, great choice of food in restaurant, secure parking. Highly recommended.
