2 Could Tamara at the desk be any friendlier? What a wonderful young lady. An absolute pleasure to deal with every time I stay at my favourite hotel in Geelong. I certainly hope that the owners of this establishment are rewarding her appropriately for the smile she puts in the hearts of the customers she greets.
Even with construction work, staying here is good. Tamara goes out of her way to make sure rooms away from the noise are available. Someone should give this lady bags of cash and cookies as a bonus.
I had a lovely stay with my baby beautiful room great location huge spa nice staff. But my stay was ruined as they are getting renovations and the drilling started at 7: 30 am in the wall waking my baby. I wouldn’t stay again until the renovations are done.
