Exceptional customer service girls at counter are very helpful well organised and maintain their standards store compare to other Indian stores.
Much more products cheaper than other stores the prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Big store but poor customer service. Bought product from there but it was broken. When I went to return it, they said it is broken we can't take it back. Really disappointed. Even other small groceries stores do that. Will never go again there.

At grocery store Look out for expiry dates before any purchase. You wont be surprised of expired on the shelf. I found Indian snacks to be nearly expired and some of them expired on the shelf.
I DO NOT recommend you to buy Frozen items. The procurement, maintenance of frozen food is questionable.

The grocery has the best selection of indian food, snacks and other items. However, the staff is extremely rude and never greet or speak nicely. There is a tall girl who works there who acts like she is doing a favor by answering your questions and billing items at checkout. I do understand these jobs are hard as standing on your feet takes a toll on your body but her behaviour is unacceptable. Sadly I don’t know her name or I would mention it here for the owners to know. I think the owners know they have a great selection of items therefore do not care about customer service as Indians living in the area have no choice but to go there. Please work on your customer service and train your staff to atleast smile and guide customers when needed. I will change my review to 5 stars when that happens.

Quality and variety is good of the products. However service is not so good. If you can't find anything the staff doesn't show you or help, they just tell you it's probably out of shock if you can't find it. If you've looked so many times and genuinely can't find it, a little help would be greatly appreciated

Been there twice last week and always the same issue. Staff too little, AC doesn't work (feels really stuffy) and not neat at all (tables, floor). I Don't blame the staff (nice staff) as there is only one person trying to manage everything, I do blame the owner for cost cutting in a way that impacts customer experience. I know they make money as there is always rush. Time to work on your customer experience

One stop shop for most Indian groceries. You can also get many Maharastrian items. Another +ve is you can get lots of Australian produce like many legumes, fried food, flour etc.along with standard fresh food.

Unpleasant experience with the check out chick's. I have been many a times to this place. The check out chick's always take INDIANS for granted. Management must definitely make sure they're educating their staff for not discriminating customers with unpleasant face's. None of my check outs were ever been a happy sent off from the tiller.

One stop shopping destination for all your Indian grocery needs, masalas, frozen veggies, chips, utensils, snacks, rice, oil, pickles, curd and read to eat items. They have excellent stock and price compared to other Indian stores around. Very helpful and educated staff thriving for customer satisfaction. You can get free parking on side streets if the Glen Huntley road is full. They do sell usual Indian veggies. Remember to add yourself as a member and you get 5% off on your final bill. Very close to metro station and tram stop right in front of the store.

Very nice store, has almost all the indian groceries and at very reasonable rate.would recommend this store.

Pretty ordinary food and nil service thou help ful staff and most important the Resturant don't have toilets surprising the council shall look at it.

After purchasing an item if you are unhappy with the quality and want to return, they can behave with you rudely. The staff lacks basic etiquettes.

Wide range of products to choose from, yet worst customer service! SOOOO RUDE!

*Corona update*
Monopoly! Prices have gone high for most of the products (Close to 2 times). Unfortunately I live near by and other grocery stores have shutdown long before. Have no other option left rather buying here. No conscience at all.

Tried calling on the listed phone numerous times, no answer.

Enquires about product and product availability- the staff had no clue.

Staff made no attempt to even find out when a product would be restocked or made available.

It’s ironic, the store is named after an uncharacteristic service offered by them.

Also, these guys don’t smile at their customers.very unwelcoming!

I’m a regular customer for this authentic Indian Groceries Store, Glen Huntley, one of the biggest outlet in south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, I hv visited the Store in last Dec’19 ever since that time I couldn’t write a review as I was busy attending other work. Prompted by repeated alerts to complete my pending review, I’ve visited the Store today n interacted with l/c manager examined all sections starting from

I am disappointed with the cafe section. Just went to purchase some assorted indian sweet and couple of flies were inside the sweet which were open. I couldn't buy some of the sweet. I did speak to the girl who was serving.

Great place to shop Indian groceries. Competitive wholesale rates and ample variety and stocks. They could improve upon labelling the prices. You often have to go to the payment desk to ask for price.

Best place for indians to buy groceries. It has lot of varieties and stock from indian brands.it has cafe which has sweets and other Desi items and taste is ok not so much. But we can buy vegetables and groceries from here.they have festival related items during season too.

Recommended for indian groceries. Prices are reasonable. However some items does not have a price lable. Appreciate if you can put prices on each item.
