Quality Embroidery Services

Pathetic customer service. Upon entering i was made to wait for several minutes before someone came to the front and when they did they didn't even greet me with a hello. Once I had asked about something I was wanting to get done they said it wasn't possible because they are so far behind with other orders and didn't even have the decency to refer me elsewhere when I asked if they knew anyone else who could do it. They weren't interested cause I had a small order. I wonder if it were a bigger order if they would've turned me away even though they're so behind hmmm.
