We loved working with QDT. They were so flexible and able to book us quickly to get our floors done while we were away on holidays. The timber we sourced from them was competitively priced and looks stunning and the tradespeople they organised for us were terrific.

Excellent service throughout the entire process with this company. From selecting the product to the finished outcome. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The Australian Chestnut floor boards Julie helped me select (over the phone, site unseen!) look fabulous. We couldn't be happier, very professional and reasonable on pricing.

The quality and pricing is second to none. There ability to provides advise and options for timber species is brilliant. They have suplied us not only with timber but are able to provide glues, self leveling, fixings, ply even had the guy's machine timber mouldings to custom profiles. Highly recomended.

My company re-floored a large warehouse mezzanine. Fast service, great advice on the right quality marine ply. Good price and service. Michael delivered the packs right into my warehouse, no problems. Julie in the office was very helpful.

Beware shonky operator. Sold faulty timber flooring. Marks showed up after sanding. Michael stated that it is my fault, because I shouldn't have laid faulty boards. Marks were not visible until sanded. Marks were not visible to me, my flooring guy and obviously not to Michael, his wholesaler or the sawmill.
He is refusing to accept any responsibility. Will be seeing him at VCAT

Came in a little unsure of what I needed to re-do the decking at home. Michael was very helpful working out what was needed and was able to supply both the timber and hardware along with some helpful tips at a good price. Very happy.

From the beginning process of installation of my timber floor till sanding and polishing finish, they very much focus on details and smooth communication for each step. They are very specialists in timber floor business and I am satisfied with the high quality finish after their hard work and efforts.
