Knowledgeable, detailed, and quality bike serice. I selected the "not sure option" for two bikes. Cam accurately diagnosed their immediate repair needs and suggested a future service plan. Repairs were completed in a short amount of time. I will be booking future repairs with Cam and would recommend QBS to friends and family.

After being frustrated by slow turn around an and sub par work from some of the local shops in the area, I’m glad to have taken a punt on QBS. Cam is knowledgable, friendly and my definite go to moving forward for work outside of the scope of my DIY skills.

Great work by Cam. With his knowledge he can not only repair and service but he knows the strengths and weaknesses of all components and what sensible upgrades can be made to end up with an overall better bike.

I've used Cam a few times now, once for servicing my road bike and another for attaching some rotors to a new wheel set that I didn't have the correct tool for. His service was fantastic and top notch!

Could not fault QBS at all! What a great experience! Had a few things done on my Giant Reign and I couldn’t be happier. Cam takes his time to explain every detail! Prices are great, workmanship is top notch! Even last minute issues with a burst rear tyre “my fault” Cam came through with the goods. Highly recommend! Love your work mate!
