10 The company changed name to Masimo from QUALIFI. I guess they have had so many issues from customers, they decided to hide from you, customer. The feedback was given when these guys called themselves QualiFi. Enjoy my old review:
It is not Qualifi. The name is QualiFAIL! They declined warranty service just bcoz the item (Denon receiver withing new item's warranty) was not sold by one of their FAILED shops, But by AMAZON. Since when Amazon is not a good shop for HiFi tech? We have amazon in AU. WHy not grant the warranty Denon is giving and trusted to these guys? The service is bad. I have been told - buy from us then we grant your warranty from Denon. Huh? They get paid by Denon! Just honor the warranty you get paid for! Well they have chosen not to. The people arrogant and treat us, consumers, like street dogs.
Update of August 2023. Never horde from this failed company. They do not care about my truth or their image. They just changed the name of the company and keep going ripping us off.
I bought PX7, unfortunately it is faulty (sounds on the left sometimes loss). I sended it for fixing. Finally customer services change new one PX7S2 for me. PX7 S2’s sounds are very beautiful! (more expensive). Thank a lot!
Useless company, do not reply to enquires, zero communication. Must be nice to turn up and be paid to do nothing.
Apparently they are responsible for DENON. Which failed like they failed provide warranty service and then My Denon receiver started to fail 1 HDMI after another. They do not care. Send me to Arrogant no service providing QualiFi- another failed company. DENON is worth pout there with their recalls with HDMI problems and here in Sydney rejected service my unit under recall or warranty because it was bough online from Amazon.

Under warranty earphones never got repaired or replaced. Service dept.gone quiet Buyers beware. Best pick a brand that has good warranty / after sales service. This lot takes your coin and that's the end! Don't be fooled by 5 star paid reviews below. Good luck!
I have dealt with the products, staff & services of QualiFi P/L since July 2017 & I have no complaints. Their staff have always been helpful, courteous & very professional & their after sales & warranty service has been second to none as far as I am concerned. Highly recommended people to deal with!
Not the customer but money oriented business.the $$$ signs that all they see. Even if the service obligation is all written in their website. Qualifi does not comply to the rules and written obligations. Bought units less than 3 years ago. Their page stated 4-6 years warranty for the that product (speakers). They said because QualiFi sold it using grays there is only 1 year warranty. Manufacturer warranty is 5 years. The manufacturer is in the UK and ask me to contact the distributer. The manufacturer doesn't mind to service the product, but the distributer QualiFi does. They could service or at least try to service and claim the warranty. They did not. They asked money for the units, which are clearly still under the warranty. QualiFale. QualiCr*p!
Excellent repair service for my Marantz amplifier, good communication, easy to deal with and reasonable prices.
