Qi Healing Massage

I wanted a 30 min foot reflexology, convinced me to get remedial for another $10, he talked too much trying to sell me a full body massage and talked about how he helps people with high blood pressure. He was also quite rude asking me if I drank alcohol etc Not relaxing at all. Waste of money

I do not recommend this store, I think my money was wasted. I asked many times during the massage that I would like to use more force. The reply I got was that he had been working for more than two hours continuously and had not eaten. I'm confused. Is this not the reason why I received bad service? ? Does the person paying for the service need to consider the feelings of the person receiving the money?

Not customer oriented at all. There are multiple spa shops in Doncaster. Don’t go to this one

The lady who served me is very friendly and professional. Had a 20mins massage for my tension headache. She knows my pain points and happy to adjust the force applied as requested. She did certainly go for 20mins or slightly over. Value of money.

Just had my 2nd massage in this shop. Strongly recommend Ken and Amelia. Ken has very experienced skills and the pressure was firm. I had a very relaxing conversation with Amelia and she has made my back felt so much better than I came in. Thank you Amelia

Very good overall, no complaints, very noisy from outside which kind of makes it harder to relax though

Went here this afternoon. Agreed to a $10 brief massage. Went to pay with a $20 note. Staff member refused to accept it, wanted me to pay with a $10 note she saw I had by looking in my wallet, whilst I stood at the front counter. That is an invasion of privacy to peer into my wallet. And by 2pm in the afternoon they should be able to handle $10 change. Also avoids card surcharge. I left.

I had probably the best neck and shoulders massage here than any other place, and I’ve had lots. Very happy.

This was the worst massage I have ever had. (I didn’t think a bad massage existed)
I booked in for half an hour remedial massage.
For starters, they didn’t cover me with a towel. I had a male masseuse so I felt quite vulnerable laying there in my underwear. The room was freezing and I had nothing covering me, so my body was tensed up as I was so cold. The actual massage itself was pretty bad. Masseuse didn’t seem to know what he was doing and didn’t seem experienced, which a masseuse offering remedial massage with a provider number should be.
The best part was when the massage was done, I thought great, he’s gone to get a hot towel to wipe the oil off. I was looking forward to this as I was so cold.
But nope, back in he walks with a few pieces of paper towel! It felt like sandpaper, and removed approximately 1/10 of the oil from my body. PAPER TOWEL! I actually laughed to myself because it was so ridiculous!
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
So many better places at Westfield Doncaster to choose from.
