It's a deep shame that such a pretty shop has such an ugly hearted owner. You are greeted at the door by a sign promoting the antivax conspiracy theories, and get to listen to the owner loudly complain to her customers about the unfairness of people doing their part to protect their community. For a shop that sells healing products such as crystals and incense, it is contradictory to be antivax and thus antihealing. Unfortunately this ruined the experience for me, a further reason to keep politics seperate from business. If Qi had simply kept her opinions to herself I would happily return but unfortunately she has revealed her core of cruelty and hate towards the well-being of fellow humans and I will not endorse that. I do not recommend this store to anyone with empathy or compassion.

Incredibly friendly & knowledgeable staff, made you feel so welcome with a lovely complimentary coffee, while you're looking for your item. Great selection on books on many topics, stunning jewellery, great variety of artefacts.
Nothing is too much for the staff, when it comes to picking a gift: you will get a sound advice based on your preferences. Wrapping is complimentary & done beautifully. Visit to that shop is like moving into the fairy land, so clam, so thoughtfully set up. If you need that very special gift, this is the place to go.

This business has unfortunately gone downhill due to the pandemic. And has left hundreds of customers disappointed that this business has revealed itself to be out of alignment of what brand they (used to) sell.

The owner, Qi Cargill has used her platform to push disinformation about vaccines and has ignorantly twisted statistical figures to push an agenda as the leader of the awake. She recently published a video comparing the Victorian mandates to genocide using the academic work of Gregory Stanton. She does not seem to understand the weight or know the history of the actual genocidal events Stanton based his works on, and based on the social media videos she publishes, shares deluded traits with the narcissistic leaders who enforced those genocides.

Be aware of who you invest your money in. She has attacked a 'competitor' on social media for questioning her conspiracy theories and logic. Yet, there is complete transparency from that competitor where he sources crystals from and none from Qi.

The jewellery is similar to what you can find on ebay and other stores which leads me to believe she gets everything from China and does no sourcing with integrity. It is not surprising given the narcissistic behaviour exhibited on their social media.

There are also known reports of this woman being a bully by the dozens of ex practitioners and employees who have left because she sees herself as faultless. Like another reviewer has pointed out: they will consistently delete comments on their Facebook or Instagram that rightfully makes them look stupid because all they want are comments that boost this woman's ego.

This business has revealed itself to be a false light.

Beautiful store atmosphere with wonderful staff, Qi is a must-visit. The complimentary drinks served on arrival are also fantastic, I personally recommend their chai latte (second to none!). The sheer variety of stock can be overwhelming, but the staff are always happy to help answer questions. I have several pieces of jewellery from Qi, all have lasted extremely well and get compliments all the time. All in all a wonderful addition to the Glen Huntly Road shops

You are surrounded by pure energetic healing Qi goes above and beyond not only to make you feel welcome, but her expertise in crystals is by far the most comprehensive you will find in Melbourne! I highly recommend a visit to this store, the experience alone, surrounded by the most gorgeous gemstones, crystals and all things magical, will leave you lighter, happier and peaceful than before you walked in!

Qi Crystals is always the best experience! With the beautiful crystals calling out at you, the free hot drinks you're offered and the super friendly staff always calls for a good time at Qi crystals. Also love their garden out back, such a great place to go relax.

Lovely store, quite small but well-organised with a cozy atmosphere. They have a wide variety of crystals and minerals and some impressive pieces on display. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions about their products. If you like New Age stuff then you'll love this place, I guarantee it.
