QB Lash and Brow Artistry

Had a booking, which I have paid a 50% deposit, arrived 5 mins prior to appointment time and shop is closed, waited for 20 mins, no one arrived, called multiple times, no answer, went back 1 hr later, shop still closed. Still unable to contact them, this is really poor!

Ash and the girls are absolutely amazing with the service they provide. I leave extremely happy and satisfied with the results every single time. Extremely professional and talented!

Started to fall my lashes just after them done. I didn't get what I want. So I m unhappy. Not using this service again.

I have been getting my lashes and brows done by Ash and her team fortnightly since QB first opened in Warragul. After years of having other lash techs constantly cancel appointments and having had issues with consistency and reliability. I am so relieved to have a mature team with responsible service available now. No one in 30 plus years had ever been able to make my brows even. But Ash and her brow mapping has them 100% now. The store looks amazing and the variety of services are wonderful. PS if you ever get the chance to sit in the massage chair DO IT! I want one now! Highly recommend.

This was a disaster. I went to have my eyebrows waxed and Ash showed me pictures of her work to have microblading. I have had 2 visits and the result is different shapes for each brow neither of which is a defined shape. I have requested an appointment to have them fixed but avoidance and excuses is all I get. My advise, go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend seeing the ladies at QB Lash and Brow Artistry. It’s a luxurious yet comfortable environment to treat yourself! The young girls that shaped and waxed my eyebrows did a fantastic job!

A true delight from the second you walk in. Beautiful space with super comfy settings for long appointments, great ambience and amazing energy from Ash. I got my first ever eyelash extensions and they’re fabulous! Everything was explained perfectly, including aftercare and follow up appointments. I can’t wait to go back and get my brows done. Couldn't be happier with my service! My eyelash extensions are amazing and I'm receiving so many compliments. I also received dermaplaning, eyebrow wax/reshape, henna and a facial and all were fantastic, my face feels amazing. The salon itself is so beautiful and the owner Ash has not missed anything with complimentary water, phone charging station, wifi and even in the bathroom there are feminine products out just in case! The attention to detail and friendly/calming atmosphere is why I will continue to go here. Highly recommend!

I had my eyelashes done here. First time I had no real issue other than it was uncomfortable to blink however the second time Ashley stuck the eyelashes to my actual eyelid causing serious pain when I blinked, caused an infection and also pulled all of the eyelashes out on my left eye leaving me with only the inner lashes left. I went to another salon to remove them (as my eye was infected and red) and they took photos and showed me just how bad it was. I had swollen sore eyelids for so long.

I got eyelash extensions and my eyebrows tinted and shaped and they came out brilliant. I've been getting heaps of compliments and tell them all about the amazing service at QB. Ash is such a great person and makes you feel really comfortable. My only issue that I have is that I'm now going to be addicted to getting eyelash extensions haha
