68 I always have to wait over an hour to be seen for my appointment. This centre doesn't bulk bill without a health care card.
Doctors are also below average with knowledge and care.
Insanely terrible service.
My partner called to cancel an appt 1hr before, the reason was due to sibling being in a car accident.
The receptionist then advised my partner to give 2hrs notice, which is not do able given emergency circumstances.receptionist laughed at the end of the call.
Wow, 0 stars if I could.
Imagine if someone treated you this way after having a family member in an accident?

I am keep calling from this morning. I think I called 10 times. Not picking the call. I don’t have time to visit there and change my appointment.

By far one of the best clinics I’ve been too dr Hamid is the best of the best and Amy for bloods amazing you never feel it and she’s super gentle:) staff at reception good Steph is the best one great woman friendly kind and respectful person
Absolute worst service with a dr vincent abia, just doesn't care. Won't even consider a recommendation for a simple test to be done because he didn't diagnose and prescribe it himself. Arrogance and disinterest, a dangerous combination.
Good doctor service, but they book session times to close together so you are always waiting 30-50mins past your session time. Last time for me, poor receptionist customer service as well

I've found the doctors at Q1 to be very effective and great clinical decision makers, and clinicians as well. Very trustworthy. The nurses, when it comes to dressings and important things like that, are excellent.
Unfortunately like many doctors, they no longer offer bulk billing.
While it's not necessarily their fault due to government rates not keeping up with inflation, basic health should never be a financial decision.
All dr are very good, but reception service are vary disappointing. Whenever I ring then they never pick up the call. Today I rang them and for 11 min system keep saying there is one person ahead you in the line. I really can't believe that th he people at reception really
Took time to talk to someone for 11 min.
Disappointing encounter this afternoon due to a misunderstanding of the doctor not made aware of the several attempts we made to call the centre. We were informed their phones were playing up. Insisted I speak to the doctor as I am aware our late our appt could put him back and happy to speak to Dr Q. Reception did not pass this on as when we arrived the doctor who just rung us said for us to wait outside. He literally just called us. His arrogance was unwarranted as it was for our sons asthma plan and HCP for the chiropractor. He was just teaching us a unwarranted lesson due to bring late.
Unfortunately experience when patients are trying to do the right thing was happy to reschedule if needed but when you arrive to a doctor who wants to teach you a lesson why be a doctor? We also booked for an extended appt as long appt time. We actually booked for a longer time.
Ridiculous hold times! Waited on hold for 40 minutes only to have the call disconnected. What a jokeee
Dr. Inushka Perera is very nice and reliable at any time, she's great with dealing with little kids, I would strongly recommend her
Unbelievable with there poor excuse of doctors fees for unprofessional poor excuse doctors that couldn’t do medicine if there lives depended on it $91.80 for a 15 minute consultation good they are ripping off the community of Melton! Hope they close down clients beware!
I got a message saying they will charge $25 per appointment within a certain time. So i went within in that time an they dont charge $25 at all, they bill you $65 then you have to wait for Medicare they don't inform you of that either, they just help themselves to your bank!
I only go there for Dr Bhati. But the reception service is rubbish rang three times and the phone rang out each time.
Also now you have to give your credit card details to make a booking even if your over 65. Is it all about the money instead of patients health and well-being
The support staff and doctors are friendly, helpful, and considerate of their patients. I was able to walk in and see a doctor about a potential broken finger without prior notice; because they recognised the severity. I was grateful to have that service and care.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Hamid Saffary for years now; he listens. He understands. He makes sure to get things when he says that he will.
Q1 is the last GP in Melton to apply the Gap payment on visits; so credit for taking the hit for so long without the rebate.
Honestly, I don’t think I’d be comfortable at another clinic. This place feels like home
I only go there because of Dr bhatti.
He is very professional and friendly.
He listens and always very honest with his service.
My lactation consultant said my baby has tongue tie and we need to get treatment which was $900/- and not covered under Medicare.
I am happy that I talked to Dr bhatti before getting the treatment.
He referred us to royal children's hospital.
We went there and Dr said our baby doesn't have tongue tie. Thankyou Dr bhatti for always taking care of me and my family.
I can only trust Dr bhatti.
This place doesnt even deserve any star. Worst place ever. First they will not pick up your calls even the receptionists are sitting there they r too busy in talking. Second doctors always run late. Once i booked an appointment at 6: 00pm i got call at 9: 30 pm. If u need referels forget it doctors dont care you have to call 100 times then they think and give it u. Once he said he is very book another appointment then he can do it. Patients are joke for them. Just to transfer any medical info they take 3 weeks. Please dont go there find another doctor without wasting please
Very happy with the service at Q1, have been going for years. From the receptionists to the doctors and nurses. I have always had a great experience. Thanks guys
