Wait times and the change to private can be a little annoying but other than that, fantastic medical centre. Dr. Kota is a brilliant GP. Highly recommend

I had to wait 2 hrs for the pathology assistant to take my blood sample. Some preference should be given for patients who are waiting to give blood sample for fasting blood sugar.

My 2nd time here. Easy to get an appointment the 2 female gps I saw were wonderful, polite & professional. Reception staff were friendly. Fees to pay but that's expected cost of living has risen. I'm happy to pay. Great service easy to get a same day approach & great staff. I would definitely come back!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. So Greedy. Doctors never arrive on time. Keep sending texts saying doctor recommended a visit then when I asked the doctor they say they know nothing about it. Medicare claim is a nightmare. Reception is unprofessional. The place is very untidy and looks like a hospital ward of some third world country. Their focus is just money. There’s “my clinic” who still do bulk billing and then these guys wants you to pay more money out of pocket

Been going to Q1 for year. Had a great doctor is Dr Nisserim (Think I spelt that wrong). Reception is good, but very busy. Paula and Able and good and get the job done. At time’s appointments run very late, but I appreciate that when it’s my turn, the doctor gives me her attention, and I understand that’s how she treats everyone so I don’t mind. Only issue is the expense. From a bulk billed clinic to private. As I have different health issues, this makes it very difficult, as I do put off important visits due to our budget.

Had a great experience at this medical centre, and both the reception staff and the Doctors I saw, were wonderful to me and my family. Had visit few doctors, all the doctors are very nice, always gave correct advice and they knows very well that what patients wants.

So bad.my son was broken.then I went to here deal with his wound. I paid $141 and Medicare rebate $41.nobody tell me need payment for this.just little bit wound.

Reception staff are unprofessional.
Nice only for patients they are personally intimate with. The doctor is good, but I don't want to visit again because of the unkindness of the reception staff.

Please fix your telephone line ASAP. It’s not reachable and voice message states you are 1st in Q but never connects to the operator. Had to drive to the Q1 hoppers crossing and acknowledged by receptionist on the issue.

The check in on the app isnt available on the app. Sudah is by far the best doctor for myself an my family. Just so ppl are aware an not caught out like i was when i went to pay, if you have No concession card an only a medicare card then you need to ensure you have $101.95 for your consultation.

The only good doctor here is Dr. Thadi. Everyone else treats you like you’re a number. They don’t care if you are in pain or having mental issues. God forbid if you have mental issues. All of these doctors are grossly negligent. I was given beta blockers for my anxiety and depression and told to take one 40mg tablet every time I need it. Well that’s ridiculous, due to not being educated about how much a beta blocker can lower your blood pressure I ended up in the hospital with bradycardia. I could have died. There are so many reasons why this place needs to be investigated, it’s a joke at this point. Missing diagnosis’s, handing out medication without doing medical history’s or current health checks, dismissing patients with mental health issues, demeaning patients about their weight, not filling out Medicare rebates for their customers and making us do it manually! The list is so long I could rant for hours. Dr. Thadi move on to a better clinic, you deserve more. This “BUSINESS” doesn’t care about their patients.

I was going this clinic with my family from last 3 years Doctors are very good and the front staff in the reception are useless with zero knowledge, last time when I visited the clinic they charged me $65 and told me that iam receiving $40 back and it’s 4 weeks I have not received any amount, when I called them they are saying that I need to call Medicare for that, when I called Medicare they are saying that clinic team has to claim from clinic side. Just because of the front staff lack of knowledge I lost my money, still Iam visiting the clinic and paying because Dr Aditya Vitta was best. But receiption staff are useless specially the Indian man who works on morning shift.he don’t know how to claim money back because of him I lost my claim back.

I have been coming to this surgery for year Paula is a beautiful caring lady who looks after U never rude and the rest of the of the worker are lovely to and the doctor's are fantastic

To start with. I suffer from Nocturnal Epilepsy and I am on preventive medicine for the rest of my life and the repeats prescribed by the doctor are about to exhaust and I still do not have my docs transferred, and he asked me to book an appointment to get the medicine. I told him that I cannot afford to pay for just prescription and put the Health Care Commissioner in CC but never received a response.

My wife suffers from sinus, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and this so called doctor Hafeez is not ready to transfer unless he gets the cheated money. I asked him to forward the summary only and he didn't respond to that as well.

The centre is just money minded greedy medical centre. They will charge you for every single stuff going beyond the laws. They have harassed me to the core for electronic medical file transfer. The operation manager named Adnan Hafeez was trying to extort money out of my pocket to give access to my family medical data. This centre was charging us 30c/page transfer for electronic transfer. The hardcopy transfer is 20c/page as per law and they were charging above that.
When I called them after research them they said that we'll "waive off" that fees as it is an electronic transfer; the charge is not valid in the first place and look at the audacity of them saying that they've "waived off" an illicit charge to HCC and that file will be transferred only after we pay.

I have filed the complaint with the HCC already and all my conversations with him are in the emails in which I have cc'd the HCC but this Hafeez is bent on looting the customers.

They are utmost unethical, incompetent, illiterate degree holders with traditional loot mindset. Do not go to them at ANY COST.

Greedy clinic, I went to the clinic for my son at 08: 40pm, and had take off from my work. I ask the receptionist for carer certificate, they suggested me to book another appointment to pay the 20$, to get carer certificate. This clinic getting benefits from people hopelessness, if they need to seek emergency medical support

We have been going here since the day they opened the door. It used to be best practise when Dr Raja, his wife and Sister used to attend themselves. Over the years now they become more greedy and its not a medical facility anymore. I dont think this business should be allowed to continue since for them getting Cc details are more important than asking patients condition. I have been unsuccessful getting an appointment for my followup care plan over 3 months now due to my busy schedule and GPs unavailabilty. Its time to finally look for better service.

Unprofessional and Rude! This medical centre is now seeking only for money from patients. I needed to get just reprint for prescriptions that I lost and was force to pay for another full appointment to get one. We will not recommend anyone to use this medical centre at all. Receptionist are rude, medical centre is greedy.
