Pyrenees Caravan Park reviews
56Every thing is amazing the family cabin so clean and fitted 6 of us perfectly. It was a pleasure to stay here. Will definitely return. Thanks guys for having us Jeremy hayz and kids.
Excellent value.
2 bedroom cabin.
Cabin was very clean.
On the negative side, our double bed sagged into the center, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
We stayed in the G'day Park in Ararat and we arrived at the Park late and the Park owners had already turned the heater and lights on for us what excellent service we were very grateful as it was 3 degrees when we arrived. We will definitely be back to stay again.
Was nice enough for a nightly stop over. Clean and comfortable beds. Not too far out of town. Office lady was nice and friendly
We love coming here, as we get great service and welcomed with a smile.
Our cabin is always great to stay in, and very clean and the area and surroundings are beautiful and quiet.
Will be coming back as we do.
Stayed in a pet-friendly cabin for five days, modern styled, spacious and well-equipped, strong WIFI good for remote working. Also big thanks to the nice and welcomed reception lady.overall experience beyond my expectation. Thank you.
Quaint little place but the cabin I stayed in whilst refurbished lacked attention eg. Some lights didn't work, bed creaked, pillows super uncomfortable.
Van sites can be small with narrow access roads in some areas. Caravans less than 20 foot are more suitable than larger rigs. But the setting is nice and the people are great.
This place is amazing! It’s close to town only a short drive, the price of the cabins are amazing I called up with late notice asking for a cabin and they were amazing in offering me the most affordable one for myself, not only that they’re dog friendly as well! The heater and lights were turned on ready for me to arrive! (With it being 5 degrees this was amazing) $80 for the night gets you your own bathroom, fridge, tv, cooktop, towels the rooms are amazingly clean, this room was cleaner than a 5 star hotel I stayed at in Melbourne city! The service I received from the guy on front desk was exceptional, he was so accommodating I can’t thank him enough for helping me get a room at such late notice! Highly recommend staying here if your driving last or even a weekend away! Pet friendly, family friendly, clean and heaps of amenities
Hubby's stayed a few times in the cabins with the boys for work, but we stayed in our caravan and ventured out to the ghost tour. Couldn't be any more attentive seriously. What lovely hosts and always happy to make sure you're looked after 5 Thankyou
Stayed here on our way through to Victoria, beautiful quiet park nice neat cabin was perfect to break up the drive and get a good nights sleep
Very old run down caravan park, that requires lots and lots of maintenance and improvements. Looks to have new management, so hopefully they will get the work done that this park badly needs. It's ok for an overnight stay, but that's about it unfortunately.
To Mr Charles: Spoke to you today at 4.21pm- VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You seem to be in a wrong profession.
Your classic family park - caravans, tents, cabins & play equipment. Long and short stay available. Onsite reception (not 24hr). On the outskirts of town, well laid out for caravan access. Public parking available. Cabins are simple but clean and well appointed (electric blankets, television, reverse cycle a/c, stove, fridge, microwave, etc). Towels and linen provided (in cabin bathroom).
Visited the park on the weekend. We stayed in a single room villa. The accommodation was excellent very modern and self contained. The facilities were great for the kids and the camp kitchen was used by our group it was also well kept. Very friendly staff easy check in and check out. Highly recommend G’day Parks Ararat
We booked a family cabin for the weekend, it was really good for us, kids loved the playground, and even made some new friends. Pretty sure they even loved getting wet on the bounce pad from the rain.
The staff were amazing, and gave extra bedding and towels when we asked.
Had lots of facilities. Huge common area with lots of amenities.
Very Close to town, which helped with all the unplanned supermarket trips.
Will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thank you:)
Good size cabin and great price! Our daughter absolutely loved the jumping pillow. Unfortunately one of the other guests in a cabin near us kept going outside swearing and carrying on in the middle of the night so we didn't get a lot of sleep. (Not managements fault though) Also the cabin floor was pretty dirty. Daughter dropped a toy under the bed and found lots of dust, hair and some dirty socks?
Overall it suited our needs with just a quick one night stay and is a good budget accommodation option.
Nice quiet location but only minutes to local tourist attractions. Lovely cosy cabin that was very clean and well appointed and helpful and friendly staff - all at very reasonable rates. Highly recommend
This is a friendly, small caravan park - recommended.
We stayed at a standard two bedroom cabin for 4 nights. It is bigger than what the photos suggest because it is taller; the bedrooms are at the back side by side and the ceiling needs trusses to hold it. The kitchen corner is as of a small unit and the whole cabin looks very neat. On the flip side there are not many hooks to hang wet stuff on a rainy day.
If you have more than a mobile to charge, bring an extension cord.
Wonderful place to stay. I am so grateful for their services. I would stay there again hands down
