PVH Medical

Although I am grateful to have access to medical care, paying $90 for a 3 minute telehealth whereby the doctor was required to click a few buttons to issue me a re-script is theft. He wasn't even able to email the script to me - I had to drive to pick it up. Seems this medical centre is out of touch with the realities of people's lives. Shame.

I was upset to hear that they wouldn’t see a patient that really needed assistance just because there was an outstanding account! Less than $50.00. According to the website you care and are committed to our family’s health and are committed to quality care. Is that only if you can pay! Things have definitely changed!

Had a back injury and was told I would never play sport again. The exercise physiology team at PVH got me back up and running again. Can honestly say it was life changing and can’t express my gratitude enough!

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and the only reason I continue to go is for a particular doctor which is fantastic, however the receptionists are rude! No matter who I have dealt with or for what reason they are rude! Not willing to help, and make you feel like you’re a burden for even calling. I have had this experience on a number of occasions when going into this clinic.

Doctors always late, be prepeared to wait up to 30-60mins beyond your appointment time. Reception doesn't care and will never call ahead or let you know

Efficient, professional and friendly reception staff. I’ve seen a number of the doctors there over the years and all have spent the time to listen and help.

I will not recommend Doctor Molla at all. Go to a better specialist if you want a real professional to look after you. I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with this GP clinic. The doctors and staff demonstrated a lack of responsibility, especially concerning the timely delivery of referral letters to labs. The failure to send these crucial documents on time caused significant inconvenience, as it prevented me from being able to claim expenses from Medicare.

Despite my repeated efforts to rectify the situation, I had to call the clinic several times. This experience was frustrating and left me questioning the efficiency and professionalism of this private clinic.

While I understand that errors can occur in any medical establishment, the level of negligence displayed in this instance was unacceptable and disappointing. I strongly feel that improvements need to be made in terms of communication and administrative accuracy to avoid causing future distress to patients.

Has some great doctors.
Such a shame that is has such terrible management and the rudest reception staff.
Dr Mola has blacklisted us for missing an appointment. (Only clinic I’ve ever seen BLACKLIST paitients)
My son (5) currently very sick and can’t see anyone because dr mola is the only one with appointments and is refusing to see us. Pathetic excuse for a doctor.
Been going to this clinic for 10 years and get treated like this.

Booked via website as I was searching after hours for a local GP appointment. Came in 10 minutes prior to appointment only to discover that, "we have a problem with HotDoc so you don't have an appointment at all". Consequently, no appointment despite being quite ill. Whilst I was offered an appointment much later in the day, the whole point of booking online is the convenience and ability to schedule things. What was galling is that there was no phone call or email prior to the appointment to say that it wasn't able to be done. The receptionist didn't offer any form of apology, apart from a shrug of the shoulders.

Great doctors bar one (won't name names - you'll figure it out if you go here regularly). My only criticism is that most of the reception staff are quite rude and condescending. I attend this clinic regularly and it's rare to encounter a smiling or pleasant receptionist with decent manners. The reception staff really let down what would be an otherwise exceptional private GP clinic.

Contrary to other reviews, on recent visits, all administration staff have been warm and friendly to deal with, both in person and over the phone. I also work in healthcare and am very happy with the care I’ve received from my GP over the years who’s always on time and lovely to deal with.

Phones aren't answered, and the reception staff are among the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

I tried this practice 4 years ago with a health issue I’d faced for a long time that was ongoing, the receptionist was terrible and almost threw my Medicare back at me with the statement you’ll have to do it yourself, I can’t get it to work.
The doctor didn’t allow any follow up as I think she left? Who knows, so I wrote the money and the bad experience off and went elsewhere.
Fast forward 4 years (and after having major surgery for the exact health issue faced above left in limbo by practice) still living locally I tried again, it can’t be that bad can it? Wrong, how wrong I was.
I phoned and was given an appointment for the next week only to be called up days later and had it cancelled saying there was “nothing for me” for two weeks minimum as I was now a new patient-despite them giving me the appointment and the doctor showing many available appointments available on line.
The doctor I wanted to see comes highly recommended and after suffering years with undiagnosed endometriosis just trying to find a decent Womens health gp is hard, what’s harder it appears is getting an appointment with this kind of service in the place.
I even emailed through my history only to be sent an automated email “any medical advice will be deleted” so I phone and the poor girl who answered so “oh no, we don’t delete the emails”
From go to woah this place is a hassle I suspect largely due to the reception department and maybe even one person that either needs an attitude adjustment or performance management. Reading through, I’m not alone in my experiences. Do your health a favour, book elsewhere!

Make sure your wallet is full when you go to this place. The doctors are money hungry and not focused on your health, don't even bother to take simple blood pressure. Disgraceful service

Avoid this practice at all costs, they prioritise revenue collection over healthcare, and will happily throw you under a bus if you complain.

Other than the actual Doctors, the Staff here are regularly useless. You CAN NOT call the place for the last 2 years without sitting on hold for 5-10 mins before they answer the phone, bombarded with a loop of ads for the clinic.
The receptionists are know it all's and argumentative, the Manager will play Ms. HR when any issue arises. I have had to come back 3 times to pick up a script that reception couldnt find and wouldnt get back to me. Coming back repeatedly seemed perfectly fine and the solutions they offer when forcing these situations are smartassed and abusive. The irony is that the 10 minute wait time stresses that you shouldnt abuse staff, I'm not surprised they get abused when they treat Disabled and Elderly like that. Absolutely disgusted that I have to keep coming back here and the moment I am able to change clinics I will.

I’ve been a patient of PVH medical for over 16 years but have recently been appalled by the service of the facility. I have been blacklisted from the clinic due to missing a Telehealth appointment due to the doctor calling me 45 minutes late. Due to the blacklist, The rude reception staff did not allow me to make an urgent appointment when having an asthma attack and as a result, was rushed to hospital. I continue to go to the facility as I have a chronic health condition and is inconvenient to move my medical records however the clinics policies and reception staff conduct should be reviewed.

Im very disappointed the way my mum was treated today, after so many years going to the same practice, my mum 91years bound to a wheel chair, and has to go everywhere with taxi got told today to wait outside in this wild weather. Mum already had a covid test to make sure she tested negative, but still she had to wait outside. Thisis not the way you treat your patients and especially our most vulnerable ones. Very very disappointed.
