There were some unexpected issues during the installations, but with Ash and his team came up with a proper solution to resolve our problem and finally deliver the job professionally.

We hired PVC Windows Australia to install two double glazed windows. We have been disappointed and frustrated by PVC's poor communication and inability to meet the deadlines they set. The installation in March was left incomplete (both missing fly screens). We phoned PVC and were told it would take 2-3 weeks for the job to be finished (supply chain delays, that's fair enough), but then didn't hear back from them. It's now been 6 weeks. Have attempted calling and emailing to get an update but they still haven't organised to finish the job we've paid for or provided an updated time frame. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Sometimes, quotes can come in lower than ours and as principle of our integrity if it means a loss, we wear it. As for fat in the price, we don’t engage in practices like this or engage in fake discounts. "

I asked PVC windows to apply the price beat clause to the other offer in light of their email, and after much chasing, I was told via email: "We’ve had verification that the quoted amount of $32,000 you claimed, is untrue and not the actual price you were given, which suggests that from the time the quote was received by you, to the time we received it, the PDF file and email were altered". They then offered to do the job for $34,000 (18.5% less than the no fat initial quote).

With my integrity questioned a robust discussion followed, the conclusion of which was that PVC windows promised that if the other supplier confirmed in writing that the other quote was genuine, and it involved German hardware, that the conditions for the price beat would be met, and they would honor the price beat (i.e. Other quote -10%)

The email from the other supplier duly arrived, and all went quiet, multiple calls / emails / texts over a period of several weeks followed and they finally responded, and said that the email they sent (that starts this review), and the assurances they had given to honor the price beat if the other quote was verified, didn't actually mean they would honor it, and they couldn't be expected to take a loss. Their explanation was that there was some small print on their website which overrode all the statements they had made.

Attempts were made to find a resolution, and I offered to give up 8% of the 10% price beat to get to a deal. They said they would review the quote and would get it below their previous offer by performing the work at cost to try and resolve this.and they came back with a price that went up from $34,000 (their last offer) to $39,270 take it or leave it!

Caveat emptor.

After trying unsuccessfully to deal with two other firms, I settled on PVC Windows because they returned my phone calls and sent someone straight out to give me a quote. They responded promptly to my emails and were frank in their assessment of costs and risks. The construction process was done professionally and to a high standard and at all times the company was attentive to meeting our needs. Locally made too. Highly recommend.

Ash & Yas responded promptly to our enquiry with a fair and competitive quote for the product and installation. They showed us all the available options in the showroom and explained the features to allow us to choose the right product to best meet our needs.
Ash and his team were hardworking, professional, reliable, and completed the job quickly and to a very high standard. They encountered some unexpected issues which involved additional work and materials but with Ash’s building experience and a great team of trades they quickly came up with a solution to resolve the problem, working extra hours to get the job done properly and on time.
During installation all our flooring was well protected, and great care was taken when removing debris and while bringing the doors and windows through the house.
The team were always very polite, clean and tidy. No mess was left behind and they even vacuumed before leaving!
The job was finished to a high standard and we are thrilled with the end result. Our doors and windows look fantastic!
It can be very stressful and disruptive having such renovations completed but Ash and his team worked diligently to complete the work as quickly as possible with minimal disruption and without compromising a quality finish.

We had some large double stacking doors installed by PVC Windows last November. Now that we stuck at home, we greatly appreciate the warmth and energy savings from these windows. They look attractive, and PVC Windows were very professional to deal with. I am very pleased we did this.

Excellent service, local manufacturer, very quick delivery. I have 7 windows made by them, very happy.and excellent value, much better than the UK imports. I have quotes from other ECO windows people before, which are much more expensive and long delivery.
Yas is the expert and help me a lot in all the technical details. He is a very decent gentleman and always keep his promises. Highly recommend!

We decided to move to 20th century and go for double-glazed windows - it is no secret triple glazing becoming norm in many countries outside of Australia, maybe in the next 50 years here will be too. ;-). Anyhoo We replaced couple of large north facing windows and I have to say the insulation is great. We felt similar effect when we've increased our ceiling insulation from R2 to R4. I find we use heating and cooling much less now. As per sound insulation that works well for low level "highway hum" sort of noise, however not much of a difference when that Harley passes by: -P

I had these windows installed 2 months ago now, I've recieved my first gas bill and It has literally cut my bill in half, my house stays warmer for longer, best quote, best service.ask for yas highly recommended
