This such a great business to deal with. Everyone I've come into contact with is responsive and helpful. I've just had my chair serviced pretty much on the spot while I waited. They've also got a really good range of parts and accessories. Could not recommend Push Mobility highly enough.

All the products I have used from Push Mobility are incredible! There were a few standouts including the sanitiser and the water bottle which tells me what temperature the water is!

Push Mobility needs to be your first and only call for any disability needs or help. Regardless if you are local or interstate they are more than willing to help with anything, offer after sales support and advice as well. Have a chat to Alex and you will see why Push Mobility is the best in the business (trust me on this one). He’s professional and a gold mine of knowledge and advice. I’ve had my Küschall chair now since March and it’s been amazing. Thank you Alex and Push Mobility.

Love their Wheely Hand Sanitiser - and the protection it offers is fantastic. My whole family has been using it, including my infant son who has sensitive skin. Big fan of the science behind the sanitiser, that it's microbial based and alcohol free. Would definitely recommend Push Mobility - their team are friendly and helpful!

Information on the push mobility website listed the store on Hoddle Street was open on the 31st of December. We travelled across the city with the intention of buying a beach wheelchair to discover the store was closed. We called the listed business number to be told the information about opening hours was incorrect and had not been updated.
Although an insincere apology was offered, it doesn't diminish our disappointment and inconvenience to my disabled wife. Surely getting your listed openning hours correct is simple and should be a priority if your business values customers.

These guys are fantastic! A truly helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of products and customisable options. They have a centrally located store-front which is great, or a door-to-door outreach service that comes to me. I highly recommend Push!

Regarding Response from Owner:
Between 07/03/19 to 19/03/2019 all phonecalls and emails between myself and Shane, I was led to believe a trial was possible at my home (rural NSW) or Lidcombe (Sydney NSW).

I have attached photo of copy of email sent (12/03/2019) from Shane to myself stating that the trial would need to be in my home or Lidcombe and to let them know if I wished to proceed with a trial.

I'm unsure why the owner has stated I was told the ZX1 was only available to metro clients and was located alone in Melbourne? The first I was aware of Melbourne was via an email on 04/04/19 which is a "cut and paste" of the response below by the owner.

I do have copies of all email interactions between 07/03/19 to 04/04/19 The first I was advised that a trial or sale could not be undertaken was via an email on the 19/03/19 - 12 days after my initial contact during which time 2 phone calls and three emails had taken place discussing fees, quotes, my chair set up and location.

ZERO STARS 00000

Push Mobility denied me the opportunity to trial and purchase mobility equipment that they are one of only two suppliers in QLD, NSW & VIC. I was prepared to travel to Sydney or Brisbane for trial and any after sales service, repairs and warranty issues.

After numerous discussions, 12 days after my initial enquiry, I was advised by Managing Director Shane Hryhorec that because of my geographical location I could not trial or purchase via Push Mobility because of after sales service and warranty reasons. I pleaded several times and stated that I would travel to Push Mobility for a trial, purchase and after sales requirements, however I was still denied a trial or purchase.

As a paraplegic I need this particular type of mobility equipment to be able to independently access my home environment and local community.

In my circumstances Push Mobility contradicted their websites claims of “fanatical service that is dedicated to the provision to mobility equipment to improve the lives of people with disabilities”. My customer experience was one of fixed and rigid thinking with a failure to consider several pleas by me offering to travel to them.

Push Mobility operates the Accessible Beaches Australia campaign promoting the need for accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities, in particular to Australian beaches. However in my circumstances the only obstacle in me being able to use this equipment to better access my own home environment and local community independently was because I was denied the opportunity to even trial and buy it.

Disability access is more than just making a particular location accessible, denying a person the opportunity to purchase a product that enables them to access inaccessible environments, terrain and buildings is much more of an obsticle and barrier.

People with disabilities in rural and regional areas face everyday difficulties accessing everyday services and equipment as it is, without the need of actual mobility equipment providers adding to their geographical disadvantages.
