I will not pass the street of here again. My car get replaced for oil leaks spand ower $3000 still leaking oil crazy. When car come back to them they wanted $3500 more to replaced that's a joke

They fixed wring part of the car. Problem still there

Steve and the Guys are great at what they do. They don't charge exorbitant prices and have always been accommodating whether it's a service, short notice repair, or major job.

The service was done well at a fair price. The status, advice was genuine and clearly communicated. I am not going back to dealership or anyone else for my BMW.

Steve is very thorough and keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle in its time in the shop. Great value for money and fixed the car exactly as I required with both a battery issue and a new driving belt installed. Couldn't recommend Purely Prestige more highly!

I took my AH Astra to Purely prestige for a airbag light fault that came on because I had my seats re-upholstered. Even though my car does not fall under the category of Prestige they were happy to help as it is European built and German engineered so the software is Siemens.

They cleared the fault code and really looked after me.

I can't thank the team at Purely Prestige enough for the work they undertook on my daughter's Mini Cooper. They diagnosed the issue, provided a quote which was fair and reasonable and repaired the car. They did a brilliant job and I can't fault them. The car drives like new and the entire staff were a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend Purely Prestige for any mechanical work required on a Mini.

Steve has good knowledge of European car he fixed my merc car aircon on very cheap cost.and he fixed my aircon when he was so busy but he still made him available for my problem.

These guys know their stuff and about great customer service. This is s rare combination with automotive workshops today. Seriously don't go anywhere else.

Have been bringing both my cars to Steve now for a couple of years. In the past I've been ripped off by many mechanics as I have no mechanical knowledge. Steve is the first mechanic I trust. Highly recommended

I have had my BMWs serviced and repaired at Purely Prestige for over 10 years. I have found Steve and his team to be the easiest and most conscientious technicians around, often going the extra mile to diagnose and fix tricky problems. As a measure of the confidence I have in their services, I have introduced Purely Prestige to a number of friends and colleagues, most of whom seem to echo my sentiments.

The team at Purely Prestige are experts at what they do. My car always runs like a dream after being serviced here. They are also great at getting to the bottom of any troubles you're having with your vehicle. My car is always cleaned too which is a nice touch.

At first I was a bit reluctant to take my car anywhere but the dealer, after meeting Steve and checking the place out I entered with confidence. Saving money was only part of it, walking in the door with a query - Steve dropped his tools and took my car and I for a drive for an immediate diagnosis. After a major service and Brake replacement I was still pleasantly suprised with the bill being less than $1500, after being quoted $1800 for brakes alone, and $900 for the service from numerous BMW Dealers, I happily had a weekend away with the change!

Brilliant! Steve & Co.are the best BMW technicians I have ever encountered over 20 years on 3 continents. They love their work and it shows. I wouldn't go near a dealer if I were you unless you like paying $2,500 for a car wash. Keep up the great work fellas.

I have used this business for some time and have reccomended it to a number of friends and family.
Steve and his team are very helpful and informative mechanics.
Their rate of labor is very reasonable and comparably more modest then many other european specialist workshops.
One example of a difference in their fee as opposed to a BMW dealer is the Diagontic Fee $110 @ Purely Prestige whilst $245 at South Yarra BMW
They provide a detailed report at the end of each service with estimated quotes of future repairs that will be needed so you can make the descision in due course.
Car is cleaned and detailed and has genuine filters used at each service.

The best way to explain how I feel about the service I get here is that I now live 100km away and I STILL take the car there.
