18I am so disappointed with this service. I ordered a wine hamper for a friend's birthday. Not only was their birthday weeks ago but now the hamper is stuck at the post office and requires MY ID to be picked up! So I'll have to drive over an hour to pick it up. In the meantime, I've had to order another item from a different company; this one was a lost cause. The hamper was exorbitantly priced but I thought seeing it was for convenience it was ok. I may as well have gone and bought the items myself in coles and driven them over to my friend! Maybe if you want some gourmet items for yourself and in no rush you could buy from this company but if it's for a gift or needed in a timely fashion, don't bother. This is not an Australia post issue - the hamper I had delivered from elsewhere was delivered within two days!
Received this peppermint grove hamper and can not be happier. These guys are a hidden gem.
