PureForm Golf Melbourne

Did a full bag fitting with Jeff some time ago and recently put his recommendations into play. I ended up doing the build myself as I have a home workshop. Jeff suggested I increase the toe hang and use a smaller grip on the putter and I’ve seen a marked improvement in distance control.
The VA Drago 85X shaft in the 3 wood has seen me hit some of my best fairway wood shots from both tee and fairway.
Steelfiber 110X in the new Titleist irons…wow even my misshits are straighter and longer.
Since putting my fitting into play I’ve had rounds of 38,38,38 and 41 points bringing my handicap back into mid single figures. Enjoying the game again!

I recent spent several hours with Jeff buying new clubs and a putter fitting. The process was both fun and I could see the results as numeric performance measures as the session progressed using various shaft and club combinations. Jeff spent time understanding my game and was committed to getting me the best possible result. At the end of the session there is no question I had found the optimal combination.

I had a fantastic experience this afternoon with Jeff. Incredibly precise with the analytics and showed a range of options whilst keeping price in mind. Walked away extremely happy and looking forward to improving my game with a new set of iron and wedge shafts.

Went for a putter fitting. Low tech process with little actual metrics measured. Limited selection of putters. The putting mat had a groove on it funnelling balls into the hole so every shot was “on line”. I have had better fittings for free at my local golf shop.

Just had my 4th fitting and I couldn’t recommend Jeffrey any higher.
Experience is second to done.

What a useless business this is. Go to get a grip changed on my putter - 1 st time put on sideways, I take it back put on 2 nd time twisted and glue all over the handle. They are not interested in new business they are too busy on the simulators and giving arrogant attitude to customers. I heard bad things about this place and thought I’d give them a chance …. Should have listened to other golfers they were right. The worst service should have used house of golf or my golf club. Plenty of better places to spend my money. They wasted my money and time running up and down to still have a putter with a new grip put on wrong. Hopeless business

A truly great experience in testing different brands of clubs and shafts.
A lot of science goes into golf, and being able to match up the science of a swing to better results is difficult. But the guys at PureForm make it easy, from knowledge on so many brands, to slight tweaks of one inch and 3 grams. A true understanding of the game shows in all of the team, and a few friendly tips along the way has already improved by game and has brought in the handicap. Highly recommend experience to dial in the best results. Longer, faster, tighter and dropping more putts.

Had a driver and iron fitting today with Luke in the Melbourne Pureform fitting facility. Really impressed with the fitting process which Luke talked me through before we started. Throughout the different stages of the fitting Luke showed the key performance metrics on the Trackman screen showing where performance improvement / drop off occurred as we went through a wide array of shaft and head comb. Thoroughly enjoyed the fitting process which resulted in the purchase of a new set of irons.
Standouts and surprises during the fitting:
1) turned out my current driver was close to optimised for my swing speed etc. We tried a few different shafts in my driver as well as the latest release from my current driver manufacturer but saw very minimal gains, certainly not value for dollars that an upgrade would have cost. The (very pleasant) surprise is that Lukes feedback was based solely on the performance, there was no sales pitch or pressure to upgrade, so my driver remains unchanged.
2) Luke provided practical demonstrations on how some of the variations in manufacturing quality of components eg loft, shafts (versus "the spec") can greatly impact club performance. This was an eye opener for someone who had previously only bought (of the reck" at retailers. He then went through the PureForm custom build process and highlighted the steps taken to deliver a product with significantly tighter variances to the quoted specs.

All in all a great experience and greatly looking forward to receiving the new irons.

Once you go custom clubs at Pureform you can never go back to stock off the shelf clubs. I've had the pleasure of working with both Jeff & Stephen & now a few times with Luke who has become my guy.
Never do you feel like you didn't get 100% off of them. They're always wanting to make you as happy as you can possibly be from every angle. You will garauntee leave with an experience & product that feels 100% to all the sensors but also performs 100% and it'll be personalised to you. I myself a few times thought I had a winning combination and was telling them to wrap it up we have a winner, it felt great, it looked great, still Luke was able to see room for improvement. So this is where you take a step back and let the professionals lead the way and trust them and the process which they will continuously explain, support and show you through the data collection gathered during the fitting process what they are doing and want to do. Every time I always left with the most optimised clubs and left feeling even more excited about going out and playing more golf.

I had a driver fitting with Stephen last week and it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone. I won't buy any clubs now without going through this process again. Worth every penny
