So here i would like to share my Experience with “THE PURE AND BRIGHT RUG CLEANING”

I live in Tarneit and it is little difficult for me to take my rug to their factory for cleaning so after phone call discussion with the team
They provide pick and drop of rug facility from my house

My Rug was around a decade old and I was totally surprised and happy with the outcome result from these guys
Their work is really genuine and pocket friendly

This company is excellent to deal with. I was so happy to find this company they were exceptionally professional and very customer focused always using a friendly courteous manner in every touch point. From the guys that collected the rug and dropped it back off, to the initial enquiry, to Jay who managed the clean. The result was over and above what I hoped for they took so much effort to get the clean right and it showed when the rug was returned. Very happy will 100% recommend.

THE WORST SERVICE! Do Not give them your rugs they are scammers will not be able to remove minor stains and also continue asking for 100-200 dollars extra for the cleaning they are supposed to be doing and telling you about priority cleaning. You can offer to drop the rugs to them and they still find a way to add extra cost! Please use SARINA RUG WASH they pick up drop off dry x2 rugs which ACTUALLY guarantee stain removal for 350 or less! Really bad service would never reccomend these liars and theives

I have been using their services for a long time now, the rug cleaners are so good that they picked up the rug as per my desired timings, and delivered it efficiently. The guy Kush did a marvellous job, as the rug was heavy so he did his best in helping me putting the rug on to the floor. Too happy with pure n bright!
