Trying to buy a bunch of 1 hour gift vouchers for local friends and family for Christmas. Waited at desk for quite some time, rang bell numerous times, nothing. Not even acknowledged. Not sure if the place was even staffed. Wasted a lot of time waiting whilst doing last minute Christmas shopping as I just flew back in home.

Top notch traditional Thai massage. I arrived with knots in my neck and back and left with supple muscles. Will be back.

I have had the 1 hour massage multiple times, the staff are friendly and professional. The rooms have been warm and clean and I always leave feeling like my back is relieved of pain!

This is a great place for a massage! Calm, clean, quiet atmosphere, with quality masseuses and excellent prices make this my favourite massage place in Melbourne.

Nothing says serenity like hearing the phone ring outside your door. I cannot believe they leave the ringer on that loud. Rooms are also very cold in the cooler months. Would recommend only going in warm weather as they set the place to one temperature and refuse to make it any higher.

Most of the time they are great, some of the time the can be average. Its best to go on weekdays when they are less busy. It is still my preferred local massage location.

Authentic Thai massage! I had beam the masseuse and she gave her 100% and i felt the same. It’s a genuine massage place which offers massage only. No other stuff so enjoy the massage and rejuvenate yourself without any doubt the best. My friend and I visited and have 1.5 hrs massage. I had visited in the past many many places but this one actually was the best.

The lady at the counter was very welcoming and so was the staff. Nice clean place you can park at the rear of the property too.

I frequently get massages and have tried multiple places but this is the best by far! Went in for a couples massage today and both my partner and I agreed that it was the best massage we have ever had. Place looks super professional from the moment you walk in.

The best massage I've ever had! As someone who works on their feet, this massage relaxed me to the point of sleep, which has never happened.
The prices are so cheap too!
The rooms are private and have heating on the massage table. The massage therapist asked for feedback and communicated well but didn't talk too much. I came home and have been so relaxed/sleepy. This massage really gave the release I needed.

By far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Masseuse started pressing down on my spine in my neck to the point of hurting and I had to tell her to stop. Additionally, it was supposed to be a neck, shoulder and back massage and yet she spent 25 of 30 minutes on my neck. It was bizarre. I would actively try to stop anyone I know from going here. Currently sitting on the couch icing my neck.

Visited here numerous times over the past few years and this was my first time back since covid and it was a real let down, and I was gutted afterwards. The room was bright (no light dimming like previously), the towels in my room were frayed which was a little unsettling, and no heating I was actually freezing and tensing and I mentioned this to the masseuse. Unfortunately whilst I was there it was also quite noisy which altogther made the 90min 'relaxation massage' the exact opposite. I was shocked at how unpleasant it was and looking back on previous reviews I'm glad I didn't try and ask for a refund. I can no longer recommend this place with confidence unfortunately.

I’ve had really good and really bad massages but this is the first place I’ve been to which is right in the middle.

Regular masseuse was busy so I gave this place a try. They took the edge off enough for me to go to work but didn’t give the full relief I’d normally get. Will still go see the regular tomorrow.

Overall if you’re desperate and in a pinch they’ll get you out of trouble but there’s still room for improvement

Impossibly divine. My first Thai massage; full body. I didn't know what to ask for, but I got what I needed. Few words. Dim room. Unhesitating hands moving in a fluid dance over my muscles and joints. My whole body was in a trance. Will be coming back.

Went here months ago and it was superb, best place I've been to. Very professional, clean, comfortable and relaxing. I recommend Pure Indulgence above all others
