Hello all, I have been consulting Dr. Saini for past 2years or so and have found his treatment very helpful and effective. He has a deep knowledge of Aryuveda and listens to your health issues, doubts and concerns patiently and advices Aryuved herbs and gives advice accordingly. He is kind and easy to talk to.
I highly recommend Dr. Saini to anyone who is looking for treatment for their health issues or improving their overall health.

After struggling for years with energy levels, food intolerances and sleep issues with our daughter, we tried Dr Saini. The results for her have been outstanding. Her food intolerances (she was on a strict FODMAP diet) have all but disappeared. Her sleep is consistent and better. Her ability to regulate herself across an entire day (without falling into a heap) has improved her life quality 100 fold. His approach is thoughtful and considered. I have been thinking about writing something for Pure Herbal Ayurved Clinic for a while, but I did not want to compromise my opinion due to time constraints. So today I finally got some time on my hand! I had been suffering from PCOS and endometriosis for almost 5 years and had tried all sorts of medicine, laparoscopy and what not, but total disappointment! We were trying to have a baby for almost 3 years! One of my friend suggested me to try ayurveda as she got pregnant after following ayurveda treatment plan from Pure Herbal Ayurved Clinic. I didn't know anything about ayurveda and couldn't even pronounce the word, but my partner and I were ready to give it a go. We decided to consult with Dr Pooja Saini, as she is the ayurvedic doctor in Pure Herbal Ayurved Clinic team, who is expert in female fertility and mental health wellbeing. She made me understand how my food choices were not based on my ayurvedic dosha imbalance and had to do fine tune adjustments with my lifestyle. I had to make sure that my body was in harmony with the mother nature, as apparently, if our biological clock is out of sync from mother nature's seasonal as well as natural day and night clock, regardless of all the good food choices and exercise, we may not see desired results! That was an eye opener. She suggested a detailed plan including my favourable food choices, lifestyle changes, organic ayurvedic medicine and panchkarma detox therapies. Well I said yes to everything, as I wanted to see results quickly. She referred me to Dr Gurnam Saini who is the Panchkarma detox Expert and was very detailed in discussion on how ayurveda panchkarma detox program works and he was in touch with me over the phone everyday for the next 12 days as I started the detox program. Mind you, taking the ghee wasn't my favourite thing, but all is well that ends well! I had lot of amazing therapies including marma abhayanga, shirodhara and even sat in herbal steam bath. After 15 days, I felt like a new person. I had taken the ayurvedic medicine for 4 month. With in 6 months of seeking ayurvedic treatment, I got pregnant! I was too scared to tell anyone for long time, but as now I am in my third trimester, I feel so happy and thought to really appreciate and name some extremely talented people out there in the world, who are trying to make this world a better place by respecting mother nature and following traditional Indian medicine and still showing amazing results!

I have been going through some serious mental health issues and tried lot of medicines but nothing was shifting. My friend suggested to give Ayurveda a go. My dad has been under Dr Saini’s care for the past 6months or so. After being diagnosed with bladder cancer, he followed one course of what the doctors called ‘preventative chemo’ but it was not successful. My experience with herbal Ayurveda was positive. I found a tremendous amount of healing with this therapy after suffering from bronchitis and arthritic pain for years. The herbal massage was the best thing I ever did. I stopped my medication, the bronchitis healed and my arthritis improved remarkably. I highly recommend it and I look forward to more treatments.
